Your comment made me chuckle as I watched the update and then also felt it compound my cautious outlook .
As Martin pointed out, sales growth is fantastic, but with that has come the issue of quality control and refunds.
Obviously at this point, we are unaware as to the extent of the cost of these refunds to the business and its profitability.
The stream of negative Trustpilot reviews on Boop shows some of the issues that they need to overcome.
We are both invested here and want them to succeed, and I do appreciate your analysis , however, my point is that possibly you are looking at the business in a simplistic way, when actually as Martin confirms, there are still many daily obstacles and costs overcome .
Until we get some solid figures, it’s just a guess as to if they are capable making the model work or not.
Genuinely wishing you every success with your investment and hope the next update shows they are making lots of money.
At 2k orders per day , you would hope so.
