It really depends how high tech they are going to make it.

If they are going to pay for automation , then it’s going to be costly.

If it’s just racking and shelves, less so .

I have no doubt sales will have increased.

As Martin Higginson stated a couple of months ago, they have had to pull back on DD marketing and customer acquisition for a while as they don’t have capacity for extra orders until the warehouse has extended, so there will be cost savings there for the time being.

I assume the new warehousing costs might counterbalance the marketing savings, so only time will tell.

The shared warehouse and staffing synergies will also help reduce costs, but the increased minimum wages and Nic contributions might have an adverse effect.

Boop growing nicely, but they will have invested heavily in stock and the web site has gone from 6 to ten pages of stock, so there is going to be a heavy demand on cash.

Nutricircle products are pretty straightforward and I think they will be doing very well.

We wait and see if the group can turn a profit over this period.

Of course as an investor you have to contemplate negatives.

They are a fact of life and can’t be avoided unless you are prepared to throw away your money.

Just because everyone doesn’t agree with your cheerleading , doesn’t make them wrong .

I have a substantial holding in this company and want them to do well.

Lots of the signs are good, however , until they can turn a profit, the jury is out .

Best sell your house (If you have one ), and put it all into this company if you are so certain .

I hope you are right , but suspect you might be wrong .

I anticipate an update showing growth in all three parts, accompanied by increased costs of the new warehouse and associated equipment blah blah blah .

But they are not yet profit making in all three divisions.

I would have thought that people are more inclined to post on Trustpilot when they have issues than when they don’t.

A concern that I have , is that each incorrect order or return adds large costs and eats into profits and use of time .

My question to management would be what percentage of orders have an issue ? , and how do they plan to reduce the number of mistakes they make going forward ?

I am sure the customer is incorrect in their assumptions, however it’s very damaging when accusations like these remain unanswered.

The longer issues like these fester, the harder it is to undo any potential damage .

Fake product

Like other reivewers, I received a fake Drunk Elephant cream. It is very obviously a counterfeit as I have the same directly from Drunk Elephant. The printing on the jar is off, and the cream smells and feels different to the genuine product. I contacted Drunk Elephant UK and they told me Boopbeauty is not an authorised reseller. I contacted boopbeauty, who told me they have documentation from their supplier that it is '100 legitamite'. I asked for this documentation but they have since ingored me.

I’m pretty heavily invested and have no doubt concerning their ability to grow sales, but hoping they can turn a profit sooner rather than later or it’s going to be a very bumpy ride.

We all have our negative days and I’m having one now .

I’ll get over it. :)

Surely , he will be well aware of current business -performance and wouldn’t want to sell his holding if he felt positively about the business.
