I think the market has underpriced the company on what they are currently achieving and that cost savings of staff and warehouse may well show a marked upside now they have moved

The stuff I’m not too familiar with only has the potential for an upside moving forward which is why I have topped up recently.

All sounds great on paper, but let’s see what happens.

The update was hardly bullish and I suspect the phrase “soft launch “will be used for the forthcoming year if things don’t turn out to be as exiting as investors hope .

Saying that, I have been topping up recently as I think the sales platform they have built may be of interest to a buyer (like Temu) somewhere down the line .

Then let’s see how the next quarter pans out as they don’t have anywhere to hide if it doesn’t work.

Boop has been a mess last year and has hugely disappointed , and you have to question if the current management of that arm of the business are up to the job .

Since Temu thought that they could benefit so much from what the Huddled group could offer, then maybe they could have bought the company for small change .

Forgive me for my confusion, but on one hand they talk about basket sizes and margins, the next they want to sell individual items.

I can’t see how that works !

It all sounds terribly exciting on paper, but at the same time it reminds me of sales meetings and great ideas that get proposed and eventually lead to nothing.

Saying the 2026 estimates on the new channels are conservative after using them as the headline act for future growth, and then not telling us what these estimates are , actually tells us absolutely nothing .

At least we know they are working their socks off to make this business work.

Although the figures have been announced, I think the few weeks that have past since, are of more interest.

They would have settled into THG and the most recent weekly sales figures give a better clue as to where they are heading.

Just as important will be the effect the move has on cost of sales and basket margins, hence it should make for very interesting reading .

I would agree that the Trustpilot reviews have improved considerably.

That should mean that returns and refunds are running at a lower level which is good news.

Due soon, although I think the longer the wait, the more excuses there might be for poor Christmas trading .

Past history suggests it will be another flop.

Strange that they mention a live chat widget on DD that should be working until 8pm , and it currently says closed.

They really do need a good dedicated boss of customer service .

These little mistakes have big impacts .

It does appear that all the efforts are currently going into DD.
