I have been thinking the same about the statement. When I read it again The Joint Development Framework Agreement outlines the parties' roles and responsibilities in pursing approval of the Phulbari Coal and Power Project, including a commitment by CGGC (or its affiliate or investment partner) to invest up to 30% in the power plant, subject to approval by Chinese authorities, with GCM holding the balance of interest. Under the agreement CGGC undertakes to facilitate financing for the proposed power plant with GCM's assistance. I now think it means that CGGC will invest 30% of the cost and facilitate ( Help, make easier, find, arrange) the rest of the cash with GCM�s help.

I hope you are right mate, there seems to be a determined effort to keep this price SP low. I would be happy with a buyout. �200m would give us 7p a share. If we have anything worth progressing this would be a snip. I am sure the people who are looking know about us, and CHK 1 has helped with our cause. As Tim said a while back, no news is good news in this game, and we sure as hell have had no news. GL and again I hope you are right.

I have just been working out what Stephen Parker�s options would be worth at differing SP rates. In Dec last year he was given some more so he now has a total of 11 million shares (approx) but some of the option prices are much higher than today�s price. The option price is what he gets them for should he wish to sell. It is interesting that most of his options were issued last December. The share price would have to be more than 1.2p for him to make a bean. So why was he happy to take the options at such a relatively high price. I understand that he does not have to take them, but maybe he saw something coming, or not. The following would be what he would get before tax and after paying the option price: SP @ 2p =�83,000 @ 3p = �193,000 @ 4p = �303,000 @ 5p = �413,000 Etc. So what is he expecting. Note this does not include the ones he has already bought. Just a thought.

I hope you are right mate. The news announced on Friday should have set the SP much higher and it it should have been sustained or bettered this week. It seems only the official green light announcement will give us a good lift. I am still expecting some follow up news this week or next. The RNS said that the Chinese state has to rubber stamp the deal and funding, that should not take long and I am expecting some local/Bangla involvement to make it more of a shared deal. GLA.

I think there will be some more news over the next few weeks/ months. . The approval of the �Chinese Authorities� as mentioned in the RNS, . Some kind of local/Bangladesh involvement as part of the acceptance deal . The main funding detail . The announcement that is all going to happen, Mine and Power Plant, with or without GCM. I know Tang has said he wants to take it all the way, but he would say that wouldn�t he. A �3-4 offer per share would be difficult to turn down for most. AIMHO. GLA.

Thanks for that reminder Luton. Just re-read the Dec19th RNS about the Patent for Japan and China. It does read that discussions have been going on and maybe that Patent was a deal clincher. It maybe just be wishful thinking, but with the results being pushed back a little as well, you never know. Sareum's CSO, Dr John Reader, commented: "The granting of this patent in Japan and China is a key step in securing the protection of the intellectual property for our TYK2 programme in all major markets and it enhances the value of this programme as we progress discussions with potential licensing partners." The fund raising notice seems a little vague on the amount to be raised. Maybe they are raising funds for a little acquisition.

Looks like they are calling it a day. Last statement released: Executive Chairman’s Statement As announced in the press release of 29 June 2009, Everfor Resources plc (“Everfor” or “the Company”) had adopted a new investment strategy during 2008, however the Board was unable to identify an asset or investment suitable for its investment policy as at 30 June 2009. Pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies, as Everfor was unable to implement its investment policy by 30 June 2009, trading in Everfor shares on AIM was suspended from 8.00am on 1 July 2009. If the investment policy is not implemented within six months of the suspension of share trading, Everfor's shares shall be cancelled from trading on AIM. The Everfor Board does not expect to be able to implement its investment policy within this six month period and consequently the Board is now considering the possibility of liquidating the Company. I only had a small punt with these, I may get a biro out of it or even a stapler. Some you win you you lose!

This company is improving year on year. Did a little research and found that by Q2 this year they will they will be in the aquisition game. There will be some great projects on the way. DYOR dont panic just wait.

I own a few EEN shares but a lot of GPX. Has anyone got an opinion on GPX. I have watched both sets of stocks and I understand that they are both seperate entities, but why is EEN flying and GPX stalling. ANy input appreciated. Ta

I am expecting goods news from the final report which should be here by the end of the week.I agree with ParaRanger (See gulfsands forum on this site), his calcs are spot on, and it is how assets are measured. When you are calculating a company's assets, you just add up what they have. To get it out of the ground there is usually a one off recovery and Maintenance cost at most this would be $100,000,000. These shares are very much under valued. I predicted in Nov 07 that this share would come good in March 2008. They will clear £3 by early March and then will steadily rise over the next 12 Months to in excess of £5, when the black stuff starts to flow.

The 45 days are up at the end of July on the new drill. I have heard no comments at all on the findings, there is usually an update, but not this time. I am expecting good news. Has anyone heard anything??
