When the BNP boycotted the election in 2014, Hasina’s win was not internationally accepted. She lost a lot of credibility and I am sure that she would like this win, and she will win, to be a clear and clean message that she has won a free and fair election. Num4, that makes perfect sense. The evidence factor could also be a challenge, milestone. If there are any big Pharmas knocking on our door, they may have said something like.... For what you are asking, price wise, the current answer is no, however if you can get to this stage with these results, then we are very interested. The placing has not caused any big price drop, yet, and the amount raised was not a lot really so it could be just a matter of just ticking things required off the list. If it is anything like that then it would seem Sareum are confident and know what is required and what it will take.

With only 6-7 weeks to go to the election, Hasina will walk it. With the leader of the main opposition still in clink there is no way she can lose, unless something dramatic happens. With the Chinese being so close to Hasina, and the state owned engineering companies involved with GCM and Phulbari, IMHO this will happen within the next 12 months. I have been suspicious of Dyani in the past, but if they pull off the agreements listed in last RNS, and summarised nicely in that clip I found a few weeks back, they will have played a blinder. We all know this is binary, all or nowt, but I think Dyani will bring home the bacon. I am sure, as well, that Dyani will not just be talking to the Chinese about investments, they will be talking about the possibility of a take out. Dyani have only received payment in shares, and with the price slipping they are also playing a binary game. I do expect another placing for cash very soon but that is expected. GLA and let’s hope that next Christmas will bring us a bit more cheer.

They will never get past 30% because I am sure there will be another little placing next year just to keep things ticking over, so there share % will slip back. Tang seems confident they can get this sorted. This will be the final hurdle and IMHO a take out shortly after it is all sorted.
The question that is critical, is how much will Dyani need before they sell? 32 Million at 14p is not a lot for a Co that will have been working on this for years, but maybe £2-3 is well worth it. I know Tang keeps saying he wants to develop the entire plan, but he has to say that really. I would expect a buy out at £2.5 or £3 a share, a mere £350 million for all that black stuff.
As we have all said before this is binary, but we definitely need Dyani to sort out these MOU’s because that will mean it is happening IMHO, and then the fun starts. I would expect news on each MOU separately to nudge the price up step by step. Thanks for comments guys, we have all been here for an age. GLA

If Dyani take the full 18 months to get MOU's on 2 more power stations and the joint mining and get those MOU's fully agreed with GCM, they will own just below 30%.
They are getting 178,572 shares a month for the next 18 months (25k a month at 14p) and if they get all 3 new deals agreed they get another 10% of capital.

But don't forget as we add more shares their % falls. So how I read it is:
They hold 19 million now, plus 18 x 178,572 (3.214 Million) so at this stage we will have 101.3 million shares in total.
Then they get 10% max if all 3 MOU's are agreed that gives them10.13 million, but now there are 111.4 million shares in total SO.....
They will have 19 million + 3.214 million + 10.13 Million so a total of 32.344 million out of the new total number of 111.4 million shares which = 32.344/111.4*100 = 29.3%. And this is on the basis that there will be no more dilution to raise funds.... GLA

Good summary of recent Dyani deal. They currently own around 20% and will receive another 178,000 shares a month as a retainer for next 18 months, so a max of another 3.3 million if they go the full 18 months. I have my suspicions too, but as the summary states Dyani have introduced the State owned Chinese companies and if they get the next milestones, MOU’s for mine and new power plants they deserve the money/shares. The mine MOU would see a rise because the power plants, IMHO, are just sweetners to the black stuff. GLA

What is it with these Nominated advisors? We had the same issue last October. Last year we had only 9 days to find another one, this time we have 3 months. Come on Michael get a good one this time and get some good news out the SP is falling week by week. GLA

There seems to be a glass ceiling on this share price and when it does go up, it seems to be the same percentage every time. 0.8p seems the figure that we have been for ages. Roll on some good news, the silence is deafening. GLA

I agree Aber, it will be interesting to see his option price. If it is nice and high 3-4p it may indicate what sort of figures are in their heads for a licence or buy out, he would need the price to be double the option price for a good wedge. GLA

I think you are spot on. The only issue for me at the moment, is we will be breaking the 3bn shares limit. If they take it to that No, then they will be adding around 250 million shares at say 0.6/0.7p that only gives them cash for another year, or just over, then they will come again unless something happens. Have we got a business here? I honestly think that unless there is something substantial before the end of 2019 a lot of investors will bail. 250 million dilutes us by 9%. I am just hoping Tim and Co have some news for us, very soon. GLA

Let us not forget that CGGC is a state own enterprise, so the Chinese government will be pushing this project more, IMHO.

If the CHK1 keeps giving good results, Sierra will want to pass it on to one of the big boys. Sierra may Be looking at buying our share out early because the big boys will not want any continual payments if it does go to market. We all know that as trials progress, if the results look good the value goes up, but it only takes one bit of negative news and the price tumbles. IMHO it may be good to get a big pay off now rather than take the risk. If this was the case they would need to buy out CRUK/CRT cut as well.
If Sierra are confident they may need to find 50-100million to get full ownership. Some other bids on here would give a better idea of our probable cut. GLA
