The phrase about "the Group's ability to continue as a going concern" is added to most AIM Co's Financial statements. If you look back at GCM's financials over the years it is always mentioned somewhere within the statement. It may be some kind of requirement.

I think you may be right about this not happening under Hasina’s watch, however she has stated that she will not be standing at next election, so sometime between now and 2023 she will be offski. If her son takes over the reigns, we may have a better chance.
I think the issue is more with GCM (Asia Energy) than the Project not being a going concern, but like a lot of others on here the Chinese influence may swing it. We need some positive news and soon. GLA

Good morning Aber, I have been with SAR forever like many others on here. I am getting the impression that they are working on something in the background. It would appear, IMHO, that as they are working through a deal, line by line, when they come across an issue or problem they are correcting it immediately. The involvement of the new NEDs, the additional disclosure from one of the NEDs past associates and now the changing of the Nomad. I take a lot of faith from Tim’s statement about significant value for shareholders in next 12 months, and that statement came before the fund raising, for a relatively low amount. You mention the monthly burn, well 700k about covers the burn for 12 months. I also believe that Sar were aware of the Sierra issue months ago and that is why they went for more cash with the placing.
I understand people’s frustrations on here, it has been like that for the 10 years I have been here, but I believe Tim to be honest, crap at the business side, but honest and I for one will be giving him the remaining 10 months to bring home the bacon, plus as many as possible should attend the AGM. I am no expert, but just reading the conclusions on poster 2, this news is excellent.

Striking anti-tumor activity was observed in subjects with advanced anogenital cancer (ORR = 30%; DCR=60%), encompassing noteworthy tumor decreases (e.g. -66% tumor decrease; resolution
of pleural effusion) and promising durations of treatment (e.g. ~11 months).

There is a lot of research which seems to indicate that a cure for cancer may be many decades away, but treatment for cancer as if it was a chronic condition may be closer. These results seem to heading that way. Imagine just having to take a pill or 2 a day to keep the disease stable. Great posters. GLA.

I am with you with your comments. I just get annoyed that the majority of the recent RNS’s are about Sierra. I understand that we have a 27% share of any proceeds, and of course the ever elusive milestone payment, but why don’t we get more about the in-house stuff. If, heaven forbid, there was disastrous news about Sierra’s CHK1 What would happen to the SP. We are definitely heading for another call for cash. I for one will be going to the AGM this year, months away I know, but perhaps if there was a lot more normal shareholders there we could express our concerns and ask what the new NED’s are earning and doing. Chin up and let’s hope for another rise in SP as we head towards the 15th. GLA.
