To be honest, I do not think Sareum has the capability to do this alone. I am hoping for a straight buy out or an early licensing deal. The only other possibility, in my opinion, is another tie up with CRUK who have a great track record and plenty of resource to assist.
The lack of news is alarming, we just get re-tweets or a copy of any Sierra news bulletins. It is also apparent that none of us mere mortals have any idea what is happening with this share, it is encouraging to get data and information and people are working really hard on here to try and join the dots, but SAR have always been poor communicators. I am still puzzled by what our new recruit is actually doing.
We get one chance a year to ask questions and that is at the AGM, I will be submitting some before the AGM and will definitely be going this year, that is it we are not bought out. GLA

Hello Jon. I did some calcs last year and worked out that Messers Tim and John get approx 5 Mil if the price goes to 8p and Parker about 1.3 Mil. Life changing amounts even if they are on good salaries. I agree these guys seem to love what they do so hopefully a buy out and a 3 year retainer.

I agree with your views on the options. I posted some time ago how much the share price would need to be for the 3 amigo's to walk away with x millions each if and when they exercise their option rights. Everyone in every business who has share options watches the clock ticking and usually has a plan. The whole idea of issuing share options, is to motivate and incentivise those with the options, to get the share price up to make a good profit. I like a lot of LTH's on here, am just hoping that something is being worked on in the background and that our 10 year support will be rewarded. GLA

It looks like that Dyani can only get another 10.7% as they are limited to just below 30% of Company. Let�s hope they bring home the bacon and soon. For the work completed since May 2016, Dyani will be issued with 3.9 million shares in GCM and a monthly retainer of GBP20,000 from the start of July 2016 that will be settled at shares issued at 20.0 pence each, a 43% premium to the share price before the memorandum of understanding was signed. GCM shares closed down 0.3% on Thursday at 27.18 pence. Further shares will be issued to Dyani when certain milestones are reached. Dyani will get a "success fee" of a 5% stake in GCM once the preliminary feasibility study is complete, a further 5% once a framework EPCC contract has been agreed, an 8% stake once the final investment joint venture agreement is signed, and a further 5% once the framework EPCC is executed. Dyani will be limited to owning a 29.99% stake in the company.

We all know that Tim and Co are useless at singing their own praises and communicating even excellent news. They only announced the details on the 10 out of 10 mice news when a poster on this B.B. found it and posted it. That is why I worry about us ever getting a deal on our own. GLA.

I agree, the interims from March 2016 are the same pretty much as today�s. The going concern line is in there as well. I just expect a large dilution now, maybe 30-50%. 50million new shares at 19p should keep us going until something gives. With yesterday�s news they should find some suitor/s. GLA An extract from Interims March 2016 During the previous financial year the Company secured a �3m convertible loan facility to be drawn down upon as required, in order to provide sufficient funding for the foreseeable future. As at 29 March 2016 the Company had utilised �510,000 of the facility. As the current share price is well below the agreed loan-to-share conversion price of 11 pence per share, the Company has experienced difficulties in drawing down further funds in accordance with its rights under the agreement. GCM is in discussions with the counterparty to resolve the issue and is at the same time seeking alternative funding arrangements which would relieve the Company from dependence on the convertible loan facility. As discussed in Note 1 this represents a material risk that may cast significant doubt over the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Board is confident that future fundraising will be successful to ensure the ongoing activities of the Company.

I definitely believe we need some Bangla involvement, whether state or private. This is the bitter pill sweetener in my opinion, once this is announced the financials will be sorted, IMHO. GLA
