RdR I do not know if I am mis-reading your last post, but Kilkenny actually dropped 66% of their holding. The RNS states they went from a holding of 9.9 Million to 3.4 million. I do like your theory, and it makes more sense with the last minute Nomad decision as you have suggested. GL

Why, at such a pivotal time, are Kilkenny offloading their stock? I have been here for ever and I agree that we are in the most positive position we have been in for over 10 years, but with the potential of a spike, as we head towards the submission of the plan to the GOB, I am a little concerned that a major shareholder is getting out. People have mentioned it may be for tax reasons, but it the SP was to double from here, that would more than cover any tax obligation. GLA.

Thanks for feedback Newby and for your summary Bees. Does anyone else think it was very strange that Tang did not attend his own Co’s AGM? He apparently flew into to UK last week and I thought that was for the AGM. Like everyone is saying on here perhaps he is heavily into negotiations, but could he not spend a couple of hours for the AGM?

It looks like if we get the framework agreement by Dec 31st this year that Dyani have played a blinder. We already have the MOU and framework agreement for the first power station with CGGC and now an MOU with PowerChina, with a date in place for the framework agreement for 2 more power stations and the mine. From the table in the link below Dyani will be in for a bumper payday after Christmas, and beyond. I was really suspicious of Dyani, but It looks like I was wrong. They will have just the 4 definitive agreements left, which should be routine. Great response to a very positive RNS. The date of Dec 31st is very interesting IMHO, the day after the elections. It could mean that Hasina has whispered to the Chinese, let me get re-elected then come and talk. The fact that the Chinese are wading in and that they are state owned is so positive. Much quicker than I thought, I was looking at Q3//Q4 2019. Let’s hope this is it. GLA.

If we are entering negotiations for a takeover, it would make sense that we took on some independent non exec directors. Just going through the things that are required, and in this document, UK section page 167 sections 1.4 and 3.5 seem to make these appointments more understandable.

I am expecting another placing. It has been 12 months since last one. It will be more difficult this time so they will be offering "mates rates" IMHO. GLA

Even though that deal was done 12 years ago, £230 million would be a good deal for us now IMHO. It is all well and good hoping for better things in the future, but if we got 8-10p a share now, with no further risk, I am sure the BOD would take it, I know I would. GLA

I think this looks like jobs for the boys. I see it as a positive move, and hopefully they will be renumerated in shares only. Give them options only, at about 2p. Their age profile is important, IMHO, as they may be looking for a final pay off before retiring. I think it could be linked to Num4 post yesterday, before we pay x we need y and z. GLA
