No I didn’t imply that at all. I said to them. When doing things like the gas lifts. Would it have been possible to put a pic up and say, “went to ED today and installed the gas lifts” something non financial but an update none the less to keep interest up in between big news. I.e. something that happens on lots of wells but necessarily worthy of an RNS itself, but a way of informing us so when we saw the downtime on the wells there was less speculation and rumour. His response was that they have to be careful what they do without an RNS. Nothing sinister. I posted that I’d ask that question a while back but admit i didn’t include that in what I said recently. Noodle. Suggesting we have a poor deal then expecting II’s to buy in isn’t really compatible is it?! I think you will find this deal is the best thing moving forwards for Highlands. We have come out of this UP not down. We already have a positive ROI. We have millions in the bank and get a free carry on the rest of these drills. That is a solid business case!!!! Clearly there have been some little hiccups along the way. The gas take away has been a huge issue, but we have dealt with it, have a solution and we are drilling, and we will be completing. You may find a large part of the rest of the basin that isn’t completing or drilling anytime soon... What they have achieved is remarkable. Could we have got a little more % and been quicker. Yes of course, but there were additional niggles along the way, they have been dealt with, and look who our partners are? We have established ourselves and got a working relationship with some of the biggest and best in the industry. That’s growth... that’s growth potential.... that’s what II’s look for....Thats Highlands....

Things are going to move with these six. And quickly too... I don’t think that message could have been any clearer! It’s about drilling all of them quickly and efficiently. If what we did up front enables them to do this quickly and cheaply... when we ta-da an ED Mark II.... True will be knocking our door down to say. “Can we drill it, can we please...” I’d expect a flurry of drilling related RNS’s and I don’t think the gap between them will be as large as last time.. No other small cap producer is going to have that kind of RNS printing machine, at least, not one that says. Drill started, finished, started finished, repeat another 4 times. If that doesn’t open eyes I don’t know what will!

We've only just scratched the surface with ED, but it's a capital risk-free proven resource now. We have very good revenue from it. We are in profit from it, and we are going to get free carried interest in the upcoming wells. The company has significantly de-risked itself without tying up its capital in the current wells, and got a revenue stream which will expand as more wells are drilled, I think there is a lot of positives in that! They will drill quickly...

Dicky. DTU uptake isn’t poor. It’s groundbreaking and in an industry such as oil and gas it’s slow to uptake and embrace new practices. Bashing and it’s impact and the increase in number of infilled wells (plus the results of the tests) will clearly help get this moving. Fairly clear that ED has taken up time with our skilled resources, time which is now a little more available with True doing the next 6 wells....

Great update Fadec and thanks for saving me the RSI. I type enough! Must say was nice to meet Robert last night for the first time and also talk quite frankly with Cully and Paul. Ironically pretty much said hello and goodbye to Fadec as was so busy chatting with the others and everyone on time constraints! Very much agree with all Fadec’s comments. It was interesting to hear about the drilling ability of True with the wells ready to go and how quickly we should move from well to well. Clearly the BOD are as frustrated with the SP as anyone. I had a conversation with Cully about more regular updates on the web but he said they have to be very careful. If they post something and the SP reacts more than x % then they can get bogged down by questions from regulators. Everything above board and no giveaways, all I can say is that along with them and everyone holding Inimagine, all disappointed with the SP action. We should be in for a very busy news period though, so hopefully that combined with the broker note, and hopefully some funds nibbling away will get us some traction on the SP.

Where are we spending it? Where they said they would. 1.) Experts in East Denver and Niobrara, so I’d imagine if they can there. - rinse and repeat. 2.) Helios they need to go back and open up that third stage at some point, and maybe they will do the other drill there now. But think that may still sit on the back burner. 3.) DTU. Progression. Maybe a few more accelerated tests (possibly revenue generating ultimately or ultimately cash neutral) it may be that we pay for the frak but get the costs back even if we aren’t quite there on the 100% ROI model.... yet...

They are wrong. She isn’t contractually bound to give any money over until ST1 funds are effectively spent I believe. So rubbish journalism. Or rather twisting things to make a story. Her timeline for actual $ handing over is probably around that of the original ST2 timeline. Her commitment is there and still under the terms it was as no RNS to state otherwise. She has a sweet deal. If at the time of ST1 there was a better one, I’m sure we would have taken it!
