That would be amazing Watching2 and is certainly the way to go. You’d need to have some battery pack to achieve this in normal glasses. The best option in the future I would imagine would be an implant or some sort of Google’s that take in your full viewing field almost like safety goggles. I can’t wait to see the tech coming out over the next decade.
Hi Henry, Apples glasses will be augmented reality (AR) while we are virtual reality (VR). AR will project stuff onto real life.. AR possibilities are crazy stuff like having a gym instructor in your own room and being able to see how a couch would look in you house etc... Really cool tech but couldn’t run MelodyVR. As technologies progresses there will be mixed reality content headsets that will have both AR and VR. It’s been reported that Apple are working on a VR headset but as per usual very secretive. Great news about Wireless and it certainly will be interesting. Sounds a mixture of some of last years content with new live performances and interviews in the studios. This will be a great showcase for virtual festivals. Do you think this will be FOC to attend with the money coming from advertising or do you think this will be a paid for event?

I honesty don't know AM sleeps at night. It doesn't matter if you're a day late, week late, 2 weeks late, then you're still late. This seems to be a continuous cycle. Yes, things happen out-with your control but if you're telling people xx date and keep continually missing xx...you think he would would learnt from his previous let downs. We all know an RNS is impending, I would be very surprised if it was in LA again. If they were doing things in a sensible manner then it will be either UK or NYC as these are more an advertisement for 'Right here we are guys, who wants some... Welcome to the new norm.'. It certainly a share you need A LOT OF PATIENCE FOR. It's like a roller coaster of a share partly to do with the board / team. Yes, sure they have a long term goal but it would be much better if the share went at least even remotely in the direction it should be going instead of 2 steps forward 2 steps back. TBH we should be well above the 6's by now breaking the 5.5 resistance. It's great more people are thinking we are getting primed for sale but I don't think this would happen while we probably still have a relatively low user base and their offering hasn't been fully loaded. Lets be honest, with the things they have done over the last month (which some are great) we should be getting more recognition and a higher share price but due to the weak marketing efforts over the last month we are still currently lagging behind where we should be and this is effecting the share price. We need to break the share price out of the day traders dream market or the release news spike then nothing market. Thats great some people are willing to wait 20 years or so for a results. I invest in a share to make money for mine / my children's futures and we need to start seeing progression. A good way to starting with this is simply by sticking to your timeslines in an RNS statement.
Right come-on MelodyVR, lets get this superb lineup released today and get back to marching forward. Please also give it some time to gain traction and don't give us a great lineup and tell us we are going live tomorrow.

If they integrate to this and Venues then it will help (in the interim) but MelodyVR will need to do this on the app regardless so to take in mobile users that use the VR Viewer MelodyVR are currently trialing. I would imagine they are waiting to get as many broadcasting / streaming glitches as they can ironed out before bring on the social as this would add far much more to the bandwidth and have more technicalities. It would be great to see them appearing sooner rather than later...
You can cast to a TV from your phone. Apple TV do screen mirroring from an Apple device and there are also free screen mirroring apps you can buy to cast to Google Chromecast. Some TV's already have a cast app in them.

It’s impossible to be a broadband or end user problem. It can’t only be a broadcast problem from Melody’s side. I think it could have been a dress reversal. But it can’t be the device, internet connection or an old app.
Hi ORLM, couldn’t stay up so never managed to see this mornings show. Do you think it could have been some sort of dress rehearsal you saw? I would imagine that everything would be tested so they know which camera angles to switch to and the lighting would all be tested? It’s the only thing I could think of as to what you saw??
It’s very hard to work out what the payments would be. If we were paying for fan based promotion it would be no-where near the product placement type costs as this product also has massive benefits to the artists. I’m just saying if we get one post it needs to be right. Nb140 does have a good point and dare say they’re will be users that do this while the FREE sessions are taking place but it’s far more Important to get the users on the platform at the time as the marketing will be done via email for updates. We need to disrupt the user without us relying on the user to check the platform. We need to remember that things already are currently monetised. Just not in its final form. When the John Leven gig goes on the platform for viewing on demand then this will be charged at £9.99 or possibly less as it was only 30 odd minutes. Having no branding during the performance pretty much means this was a completely artist lead approach with MelodyVR just wanting to showcase to other artists what’s available and hi we’re here for business. TBH the VR was pretty pointless and this gig was setup for mainly mobile users as there was absolutely nothing happening out with the 180 field. Not much to look at in the 360 mode meaning it was more 180 (in its sense). It could have been far more immersive but think this was intentional and they really need to loose the back to the 80s Tron visual waiting for the event to start and at the end (IMO). That was a bit scary to me lol... but only real positive things to say about the production. I didn’t expect anything less and it’s good to see so many share holders now coming out from the dark and getting their points across. When there’s this much communication on the BB it shows things are finally moving... The main important thing was the tec actually worked.

Totally agree, some of the marketing has been stuck in the dark days with some of the basics not even ticked off the list. Do they think they’re too big for small marketing decisions? Someone at the helm needs to pull their socks up. From day one I believe they believed they would pick up users in the bucketloads by getting access to their fan base. Yes, this is true but you need to execute the marketing in the right fashion. First of all they don’t give the shows enough time to get some traction. Their paid for / organic interaction is next to nothing. Just as people are saying the social channels aren’t the best metric to follow, it’s all about app downloads and interaction with the app. Why they haven’t learned from the previous week is beyond me. A simple competition relates to the artist would gain far much more response. Eg People like and share the post and leave a comment of what they thought about the show could win an Oculus Quest, John Legend merchandise and VIO tickets to his next live gig. Won’t cost the earth but the penetration would be far more effective as you have a clear call to action which also spreads the word. I know
and so we have it.... I used the Oculus Quest... only some buffering for perhaps the first few minutes then it worked flawlessly. A superb performance by John Legend. Very up close and intimate as expected. The quality of the show was superb. The lighting / costume has all been very thought out... very simple yet effective. Surprised to not see more MelodyVR branding but must be intentional as it’s all about the artist and what we can achieve as the world no.1 VR production company. Overall... very happy first live event to and I’m sure it will catch the eye... it will be interesting to see how / if the stage changes for the different act.... over and out, back to be from me...
Just noticed that the advertised show has popped into Oculus Quest Events which is great. Only saying 297 interested in the event on the quest but would expect this to be a lot more as people won’t register their interest. Certainly will be watching... need to set the alarm and already not looking forward to an early rise with wee one lol needs must and all that. All of a sudden the quality of the subscription library will be taken up a notch with one of our first class productions....
Charging for a gig at this point in time has no relevance. Some of the largest platforms in the world do t charge end users for their product but we are under no illusion this will be a paid for product and the new way forward for gigs that are world friendly and has no barriers.
Really looking forward to the weekend. No so much getting up at 2. Having seen ALL their own developed products / gigs and how they’ve progressed, I had absolute no doubt in a class one product if they manage to hold the tech together. The lighting and staging I have no doubt will be nothing less than superb.... let’s hope they put out a quick live clip on YouTube and Johns social channels as they show starts so we can maximise users. Can’t wait to see the results. This is what we’ve been waiting for... it’s not in Oculus Venues and no email as to date... as usual last minute but I’ve got a feeling about this one....
