The incoming 12.5 billion shares at 0.2p a share and 1p a share will probably make a difference to the free float though. Not yet issued, I accept. Crazy, but fair play if you defied the logic and made a mint.

So, £5m just raised here which will convert in a few months at 0.2 pence per share, creating 2.5billion new shares but it has rocketed to 70 times that recent raise price already.

Did anyone catch this RNS on Friday - Hot Rocks bought the warrants (to subscribe for SWC shares at 2.5p a share in a years time) for £1 a warrant. Good deal if the sp stays where it is or rises, but clearly the seller is either desperate for funds, or doesn't think the SP is likely to be much higher than £1 in 12 months. Buying those warrants looks like a good investment though, you would think.

Why all the hate towards Laura? She advertised her buys at 25 odd, sucked up the spread and is now nicely in paper profit. She also ignored the naysayers on Met1 and bought at 8p before selling at 20p, again advertising the trades.

Fair play to Laura as I considered buying here at 25p and Met1 at 9p but didn't buy either. I would have made good profits but didn't take the risk pushing the buy button and so I didn't.

Why not just say well done or just ignore if you don't want to engage?

Yes, maybe 100notout. There is no getting away from the fact that peeing off everyone in the City and Media doesn't do the company and sp any favours though, whatever the fundamentals. We need to change the narrative and whilst the financials will be the biggest driver of that, unless he puts his money where his mouth is and makes a fair offer to buy out the shareholders who suffer when he has a rant then he has to concentrate on the day job rather than be an idiot on social media or elsewhere.

Your figures are a bit out I think, as David Geraint Llewellyn is counted in both tables even though one is supposed to exclude the interests of Directors and one covers Directors. A high percentage of the shares in just a few hands though, for sure. The VCT ones are also sticky as those shares need to be held for years in order to receive the associated tax breaks.

Ryan, it's more that THG teaches you not to focus on material things. Invest your hard earned here and you will sokn be unburdened from your wealth, leaving you to focus on the wondrous beauty of the word around you.
