It is a fair question to ask what your personal motivation is here as it is clearly not just altruistic. Will you be honest and explain your own background and involvement in this area please?

It will be over 19 billion shares by my calculations. As well as at 17b odd at 1p for this raise then you also have the 2.5 billion at 0.2p for the initial raise.

Change the RNS and the rest of their post is all wrong too. Proves my point, as does the large warrant exercises by insiders announced today, a big chunk at 0.2p a share. They aren't exercising to hold the shares but to sell them. Obviously these exercises are dwarfed by the raise to come / convert at 1p and 0.1p a share when the prospectus is done.

That just isn't true miningforgold. If I'm being generous them I'll say you are mistaken on the exact timeline. If I wasn't being generous then I would say worse.

By the way, the fundraise announced on 17th June of £5m had a conversion price of 0.2p (£0.002) and not 0.1p.

They do their best to hide this by the double company name change and the RNS's not showing here etc.

As to the institutions being happy to be in here then why wouldn't you be? At the time it was a 90% discount to retail, so a good opportunity for them to pass the shares on.

Nice story though and yes, it may well still rise due to a combination of factors, the company deceit and obfuscation included.

Ukog - advised on 28/3/25 that they would be suspended from Tuesday 1/4/25, so stayed open on the Friday and Monday before suspending on the Tuesday.

Cloudcoco (announced 3 days before and stayed open until then) Wood Group (same scenario as GST, staying open a day), Moh Nippon - announced on 29/7/25 and suspended on 1/8/25, Adme - announced on 27/6/25 and suspended on 1/7/25 etc

I.e. It happens every time. Investors are entitled to sell if the situation has changed and as the accounts weren't late until close on 31st July it was only before open on the next trading day that they were rightly suspended.

That happens all the time Regvarny. Until the accounts were overdue then the shares trade. Happens on hundreds of shares each share.

They still don't explicitly spell out the number of warrants left and they still don't use a separate RNS labelled warrant exercises or similar. That is the big news here, not another 50p paid towards a licence that is somehow worth hundreds of millions in the hands of MET1 when it was worth peanuts comparatively to the willing seller.

If Bitcoin rises but the SP doesn't then they're in trouble. Interesting adaption though. The placing subscribers may be taking a breather to review some of their losses to date!

Just under 200m cash warrants at 2p to go though. In fairness though, the 200m warrants at 2p when the SP is 5p don't look as bad as the 500m+ warrants at 2p when the SP was 50p! Total madness, that was. This is just moderate insanity, so tame by comparison.

It may well drop tomorrow to close to the offer price but if you do believe in the company and want to help them be successful then that is a reason to buy via the retail offer rather than on the open market. A buy via the open market doesn't get any funds to the company.

I think (and we are all guessing to a degree) that the most likely reason for the issue arising is due to previous directors leaving and trying to take contracts or contacts with them. They would have had a non compete clause as standard (1 or 2 years usually, but sometimes 5 years) and I reckon they have broken it
