They have to exercise within the next couple of months or they expire. They aren't going to let them expire unless the SP drops close to or below 2p.

That's the prepaid warrants Laura. They were also 500million cash warrants at 2p as part of the same funding and there are probably 300m left of those (Met1 don't spell that out as they like being opaque and dodgy) You must know that about the cash warrants - naughty! Don't try to fleece others please. Promote, sure, but not like that.

Personally I think that the company is pretty much a scam. It doesn't mean that the SP won't go up though, irrespective of whether the fundamentals support it or not (they don't) It will rise from some point for sure, as us PI's like buying turds.

If these licences are so awesome then why are other companies selling them to Met1 for £100k a piece?

We'll know the value of the Outstanding Ofsted report over the next few months. It's surely a good reason for Councils to choose one bidder over another. Price being another good reason obviously.

That's a fair point EL_AL, although (as with many things Met1), it isn't totally clear.

The six months date at 2p refers to post consolidation, so it could be that the 6 months is also post consolidation. That would mean a few months more. It isn't totally clear, but you could be correct. That just means massive pressure on the SP today and tomorrow if so though, as to not exercise wouldn't make sense.

I did scroll down the RNS to see if there were anymore warrant exercises tucked away as a footnote, but nothing on this one. Still a lump of the cash ones to come though.

Some of those weird 212 ones, I expect. The share has actually been the same sort of price to sell for a while. Slowly creeping up, but fractions of a penny. Not much selling and equally not too much buying. With some good news it can shift on low volume though, so fingers crossed.

When this sp hit £3 plus it wasn't heavily traded then either, so there are possibilities here for some good and sustained movement once we have interest and clarity. A bit of fomo in the meantime welcome too.

It wasn't just 28p it rocketed to. It was briefly near double that at over 50p. That article is similar to previous ones for Sealand (0.08p to 14p and now back to 0.40p) and Rcgh (10p odd to £2 and now down to 1p)

Tao / Sats is another one. Massive dilution coming at 0.1p followed by a name change to hide the old RNS's and an SP increase to near 20p before dropping back. These shares are all just to fleece PI's.

They may be happy to hold some shares but then they wouldn't exercise the warrants until just before they expire. They will only otherwise exercise to sell. There is no benefit in exercising and then just holding as you are taking on risk unnecessarily and there is no reason to do that.

Inthedark, as the trade is dated from Thursday, that will be when it concluded, I believe. It was late reported but was what likely dropped the SP on Thursday rather than Friday. It doesn't change the fact that someone was happy to sell that number at that price but then if they were 2p warrants, that is still great profit for doing nowt.

That sells wasn't even from today, so not so important maybe?

My understanding is that there will be another update. I'm not sure of timings though. In some ways it is better later than sooner as we want it to make things clearer and also more positive. They are waiting on contracts that, assuming they come, will add both clarity and positivity. There is no point rushing out an update if it doesn't add much, so I'm happy to wait for clarity.
