It should never have risen how it did, is a big part of the answer I suggest. It baffled many, who were trying to work out how a stock which buys a few licences for buttons and which has massive dilution looming at 2p a share somehow rockets to 50p plus.

It made no real sense, other than by creating it's own momentum as more and more jumped on the bandwagon and ignored the fundamentals. Fair play to those who did though, as a ten bagger or more on a turd is far more profitable than a 10 per cent gain on a quality stock. The warrant holders allowed it to rise relatively unchecked and are now cashing in just in case the music stops.

Maybe to a point, but it is perhaps more that he is buying bombed out retailers where he feels he can add value, probably to both Frasers through partnerships and also the company themselves.

He is likely not that bothered about short term movements if he expects value to eventually play out more often than not.

That's ok Laura, but that same £10m in total that will come in that you talk about, if from warrants, also brings in 500m extra shares as a result. By bringing in cash at 2p a share when the SP is higher than that, it increases the dilution and makes it harder for the SP to stand still, let alone go up.

I am doubting that you have 112k shares and suggesting perhaps 15k shares, as you regularly quote whether you can sell that number or not. I am saying that if you do have 112k shares then you are in a better position than if you have 15k shares because 112k shares in something will be worth more than 15k shares in the same thing. I don't know why that is a difficult concept to grasp.

I expect 15k shares myself but it's good news for you if you do have 112k shares as they will be worth more than 15k shares in your back pocket.

Ok. Good luck to you. Do you still have the 100 in here that you mentioned before, or was that a little porky pie? I think we probably know the answer, but either way good luck. We've all been there with shares, and some of us more than others (I include myself in that) It can make you feel rubbish. When you do sell then you might actually feel a bit better.

I was just giving you a bit more negativity as a top-up, in case you are running low. I'm holding here and have no current intention to sell. I'm obviously hopeful for a rise.

Looks very strong. I have been keeping an eye on this for a while. Loads of legs probably, but still annoying when I was seriously considering at not much more than half this price just a week or two ago. Ah well.

As has been suggested by others Joe, I suggest you take a break. It clearly isn't helping your mental health. Either sell everything and write off the losses to experience or just switch off and try to concentrate on other things. You're not helping anyone, most of all yourself.

It's an interesting one. Yes, the trading update has happened but with a large number of contract bids supposedly coming to conclusion, perhaps they are still in a closed period. Perhaps not.

Perhaps they are focusing every effort on trying to fly the flag and get these contracts, promoting the Outstanding Ofsted rating. The business is valued near cash currently, so there looks like decent upside.

It means that they will mostly sell immediately after converting, to avoid breaching this. Once sold , they convert some more.

An after-hours RNS about the time change in Mogadishu or the birthday of an employee would be my guess, sneaking in a 200m conversion as a footnote.
