In fairness M22C, that depends on the issue price of the shares. Normally when a massive raise is signalled then the price takes a bit. Remains to be seen what happens here, if the rationale for the raise is compelling enough to override that.

Andywise, that is based on the nominal value of the shares, rather than the amount of a capital raise. The resolutions, assuming passed, will allow 600b new shares to be issued. Resolution 2 just means that they don't have to formally offer them to all existing shareholders in proportion to current holdings (i.e. via a Rights Issue or similar)

Well you made it clear that you weren't invested earlier in the year. I'm not sure you are now, unless you feel it has fallen far too low irrespective of the news. I note that you didn't answer the question with a straight bat and say whether you are actually invested or not.

So you've lost something over 30% of your capital but you'll make that up within a month in dividends alone because you have put the remaining funds in a share that pays 11% per annum in dividends. Yeah, ok.

Even the 30p a share is only likely to come if holders wait another few months. If it trades again then the SP will probably only go to 27p odd, I would think.

You'd find a fault anywhere with this company. The SP is on it's arse currently yes, but you're not being honest about your involvement here. Did you use to work for the company, or perhaps you work for a competitor?

You just look for negativity wherever and whenever. Perhaps they hope to have more visibility by the end of September?

FFS lol. Company need to encourage some interest here. That will only really come from good news, I guess, so hopefully they are focusing on generating that. It won't take much buying for it to recover well but equally without any meaningful buying, a few sells will have a real impact.

Gee. Thanks for posting the wording of an RNS. Anyone interested could just click on the RNS link as an alternative. Let's assume that people considering investment can do the basics like read and write, without some saddo holding their hand.

You're just weird I'm afraid. Some think that there is value and some don't. I'm not sure some 'investor' version of Chicken Little is going to change that. If you put people off investing here and then the SP doubles in short order, will your altruism extend to compensating those people? It should do but you probably haven't got a pot to do the proverbial in anyway. Saddo.

That wasn't my point. For most people a share will be considered as below fair value or above fair value at a certain point, which may determine their buy price and sell price. The question isn't whether it is worth 50p at this moment in time but rather could it be again, as is it, with all factors considered, worth more than 12p or not at the moment. If you think it is then perhaps you buy or hold and if you think it isn't then you sell or short.

I don't particularly care which of those you do as that is your decision but I do think that endlessly posting negatively and singling out someone who has decided (rightly or wrongly) that they think the current so represents value to them is weird behaviour. Find a hobby maybe, or a inflatable toy on Amazon who can be programmed to whisper in your ear "Bassman/bassaturk, you are the best and Laura is the worst " Perhaps buy a puncture repair kit too, to extend your fun.

Surely almost every decision comes to an assessment of value rather than an absolute good company irrespective of the SP or bad company irrespective of the SP judgement. If you were interested in this newly IPO'd company at 55p then it is a surprise that you are endlessly critical of it at 12p. You didn't invest and lose money yourself though, lol. Yeah right.

You're desperate for it to fail now, I suspect, or your buy at 50p / sell at 20p trade looks an even worse decision in the event of recovery.
