Lots of reference to the cash position at the end of June obviously, but I couldn't see a reference to the current cash position, unless I missed it. There can't be that much left, surely?

If those dates are correct then someone has either forward sold their warrant shares before they have been issued or perhaps are selling shares they own first and then replacing them with the warrants, so that their holding doesn't change. Are these historic warants?

Look at a few of the trades from the 23rd, particularly

Those 3 large sells on the 23rd add up exactly to the number of warrants exercised (7,151,334) from the RNS of the 24th.

Presumably no warrants issued from recent placings? I can't remember reading about them anyway.

The warrant exercise 'buys' won't show anywhere. They are newly created shares. The sales have shown today & yes. Good sleuthing by whoever picked up the sell trades - presumably a spare 500k one to round it off.

I doubt it Bfd. A financial interest such as that would be disclosable upon joining the Board anyway, even if under the threshold before. Directors have to declare all sales, purchases and transfers of ownership, including initial ones upon taking their position.

I just need to decide on a couple of shares to focus on and just leave for years and years. I can't decide whether GST should be one of them, as things can be pretty opaque at times here. Are they just focussed on the business or is it something else?

It's understandable sometimes (talking more generally than this share really) Sometimes it seems like I couldn't pick worse shares at worst timing if I tried! Every share that I decide not to buy though just blooming rockets higher and higher. I struggle with regret then, and missed opportunities.

All pretty demoralising at times this game.

RC, you make it sound as though the company had no part in the situations that contributed to the SP drop. That's a bit of a fudge, wouldn't you say?

No-one forced them to do a placing at 1.2p and they could have handled the suspension scenario better. They could also choose to defend their position better by keeping people more updated with progress, as well as things like what board expectations for revenue and growth etc actually are, rather than releasing these 'in line with board expectations ' comments periodically without ever seeming to clarify what those same expectations actually are.

I don't really get some of the wording on this CLN RNS.

"Under the Facility Agreement, Conister has the right to convert the entire Loan into 20 million new ordinary shares in Fiinu. This conversion price, of 10p per new ordinary share, was negotiated some time ago when Fiinu's share price was below 10p, and therefore reflects market conditions at that time. With Fiinu's shares currently trading at a premium to the agreed conversion price, the arrangement underscores both the financial flexibility of the facility and the strategic importance of the partnership between Fiinu and Manx Financial Group"

It was a while ago that the SP was trading below 10p, and if negotiated then, why wasn't it disclosed then?

Why does a CLN that Conister convert anytime at an SP lower than the current one (so profiting the difference straightaway if they sold) underscore the financial flexibility of the facility? If Fiinu could convert at a premium if they wanted, so saving the interest, then yes. This CLN just looks like Conister get the penny and the bun and seems to be another demonstration of the unequal weighting of this partnership to me. A CLN at a low interest rate and with a big conversion price would be a better example, surely?

I added a lump near placing price (the 2p one) and so am disappointed at the backwards movement since.
