This $36m contract is odd one way or another. Either it is legit and then the ex-employees tried to take the relationship for themselves post purchase (which would seem an open and shut case with a standard non-compete clause. Alternatively, it was not legit, in which case the whole listing thing falls down before it gets going. In the second scenario though, why the arbitration etc? In the first scenario, how did a tiny company secure such a contract and when is GST's share of the revenue.
To suggest that it happened pre-purchase (the whole $36m contract and all the work for it) doesn't make a lot of sense either to me - it's not like you get $36m for installing a quick anti-virus on a couple of laptops as a one-off job.
We come back to the opaqueness of so many things here. Either it's just unprofessional, which isn't great but can be fixed if there is the Board willingness to do so or it is deliberately designed to be opaque, which is much worse.
