I dilly dallied on this around 4p. A bit annoyed with my hesitation lol.

It's not undeniable as it was a late reported trade from memory, so reported after close but taking place during normal hours. As such, it could have been a sell rather than a buy, with this being more likely based on the large sp drop that day (suggesting more selling than buying overall)

That was more likely a sell DrVick, but carry on.

I am getting a quote to sell 230k + shares currently, so someone is happy enough to take them at this price anyway. Hopefully a positive update on the case from last week, establishing strong grounds for appeal as they were pretty confident on that one.

I added late on (time will tell the sense or otherwise of that, I guess) The spread tightened right up and I could sell in volume, so took some extra.

One day this company will actually take responsibility for being rubbish (as an investment anyway) Always someone else's fault for missing guidance and lowering expectations etc.

You can look at it the other too, I guess. Sell the shares at any profit and then keep the warrants as a risk free trade.

Most are also factoring in the warrants (100m) exercisable next April at 2.5p a share.

I don't think so sandgrounded. Within the accounts they have actually taken a negative adjustment / write down on Semnet (of 800k from memory)

Thanks sunnysidestillup. Those figures are vastly different each year too. I still don't understand why the big change year on year in the payables and receivables, or why the payables are so high for a fin tech operation. Kit maybe.

Looking at the Annual Report, is the big change in both receivables and payables from 2024 to 2025 Semnet?

The other parts of the business are primarily commission driven, so wouldn't be on credit terms as such, or need big purchases to fund either. Is this kit that is then part of this arbitration?

Receivables jump to 38m USD from 600k and payables jump to 38m from 2m between 2024 and 2025.

Some people only seem to worry about what others are doing and yes, it's weird for sure.

I did ask how they expected others to invest in the company financially if they weren't prepared to, and whether the Board were prepared to reduce their own cash compensation and instead take a proportion in shares.
