From the conference call I expect a response to that case soon, and a likely appeal together with reasons. They seem to feel that it still has a decent value. Such an announcement should help generate a nice bounce.

They just haven't clearly articulated and evidenced that they are a growth company though. We think they are, but then we have this "this is included, this isn't included, this may or may not be included in these figures lack of clarity"

Their comments before were Northcoders is well placed but timing is uncertain, or something along those lines. That was before the pivot though, all but writing off the Government stuff in the short term. Perhaps the answer here is that it was never worth anywhere near where it got to, and that was the anomaly. :(

Yeah ok Mr part of the dodgy scheme. Early investors here, as you call them, have been diluted nicely already with a 90% loss even with this rise. They invested at 12.5p and then there was a 40-1 consolidation, so they're in at £5 a share.

Perhaps you meant those who were given 4p a share warrants at the same time as everyone else (but not their warrants) were consolidated 40-1. Total scam and yes, contacting the FCA would be great if they would do anything. Unfortunately they are inept too.

No, I'm saying that the warrant holders rely on people like you. They let the share run up, then exercise a chunk to bank huge profits and then wait again. Their volume is the difference and so each time there will be you and people who follow you in. If you get lucky with timings then great, happy days - just don't make out like it is a good company as it isn't.

PJ is trying to dig themselves out of a jam maybe. This was signalled months ago. The company is a Fugazi. All those mentions of Nvidia lol.

I agree that on the most part the presentation was ok. They come across as reasonably capable, although the answers to increasing investor interest I was less satisfied with. They seem to feel that they'll get some more contracts but equally I am not sure the level. Counter has less margin that the Bootcamps, and the Bootcamps are virtually written off currently as they can't be relied upon with any level of certainty or forecasting.

Without buyers in some sort of volume then the SP will stagnate at best is my worry.

The spread here currently is pretty off-putting, as is the impending raise. Interesting opportunity though.

In one sense I'm surprised at the lack of SP movement as I thought that it would drop on this (irrespective of whether that is justified or not)

In another sense, I'm not that surprised as there is just no real interest in this stock currently and it's been a problem for a while. I suppose that a low traded stock isn't so much of an issue when gradually rising, but when at all time lows and no-one is buying then it is a real cause for concern. No point being listed if there isn't an active market in the shares and the Company needs to do more to promote that interest.

Let's see what they say in the analyst briefing.

Conduit is a particular highlight, but there are plenty more. Pretty much every investment to date has been a dud here, with the only constant being the Board's £5k a month each in salary for presiding over the whole mess.

During the period the fair value of Conduit fell from £2,924,138 to £6,079. Post year end the entire investment was sold.

Yep, going down on those results. Focusing on Counter is one thing but this is a pivot, all but writing off Government Funding in the short term by the looks of it. Needs a couple of big wins soon to steady the ship and hopefully avoid the need for a raise.

Let's see what comes out of the investor briefing. Someone will be foaming at the mouth waiting to chip in with a comment lol.
