What are current cash reserves looking like? They won't have even got £10m originally, net of fees. Perhaps £9m? They are now paying over a quarter of it back?

There may well be money to be made Clintek, I agree. The moves are rapid, and every so often the selling stops to suck in a load of new buyers.

Most will lose though, except the dodgy Board and warrants holders obviously, who are making millions by fleecing PI's.

I am not sure that quoting the Board is that useful, when the Company is very dodgy indeed. They hide warrant conversions at the bottom of fluffy RNS's and are targeting PI's and looking to fleece them. The whole operation is a scam.

The CFO said during the webinar that she is leaving to start a family. That may or may not be true. Either way, good riddance.

We don't even know what they are bidding for really. We know that they are after some GLA stuff but we don't know what, and we don't know where else they are targeting or waiting to hear back from.

They speak about being selective now, with some clearly not attractive enough economically for him, and about having pivoted to Counter. Still pretty opaque.

Why are people fixated on the few £1.50 warrants rather than the squillions of 2.5p warrants?

If they sell Bitcoin then they're sunk. They would also reduce the NAV further by selling an asset and using the cash to buy a more overvalued one. When it was rocketing it was still mainly II's and big money purchasing here. There were never hundreds of posts like on many speculative shares. They have been a victim of the wider availability of UK options to buy and hold crypto, compared to a year or two ago. They've made founders a fortune out of nothing you - a two big internet design company to a billion odd market cap at one point I think. The accounts on file show how tiny it was, accepting that it is much bigger now from the losses of those who bought into the high placings.

Executioner, if you are convinced that it will drop right back /half then you should sell whatever your break even price is.

Well if there are no TR1's then you know that there are no significant holders. The additional funding came because the SP was above that point, meaning that shares could be forward sold in advance and then the difference pocketed, in a risk-free trade. There has been no further funding at 0.03 since the drop below it, funnily enough.

Well, having the wisdom of Munger, Benjamin Graham, Charlie Munger, Peter Lynch and Nozzleblast all in the same post. We are truly blessed.

From the presentation, they made the point that this time around they were unlucky in that the gains were from cases a bit smaller, and the losses from a couple of the larger ones. They sounded very surprised indeed about the result of this latest one, and thought that even on an initial review of the findings, there were grounds to appeal.

Spread is still very tight on II at less than 0.1p and they will still take shares in volume. Feels like movement due one way or another (hopefully in the right direction)
