Spreadex just hold to take risk out of it and make the margin/spread. They have no interest in the company apart from that but are just mirroring the positions of people on their platform buying via CFD etc.

Shame that this company doesn't seem to care about investors. They should all be taking 50% of their pay on shares, to properly align them.

Can current shareholders please stop posting positively about investment. This board is only for the non-invested, the lonely voyeurs seeking conflict and the embittered ex-holders who bought higher and then sold out at a loss.

Agree Hyper Hero. Same as MP's of any denomination.

It's just a requirement when a Director here is also given an appointment somewhere else - like when MP's are 'supposed' to declare other interests.

There is no other connection and the RNS is pretty meaningless. It just needed disclosing.

Still low volume obviously, but at least a few larger trades of late. With a decent positive update and a bit of buying interest, this could shift quickly.

Not one of my best buys of late, this one.

Yesterday I could get a dummy sells quote for 30k+ shares, which is why I am confident that the 2 larger trades yesterday were sells. Today I can get a dummy sells quote for 50k shares, which is pretty unusual.

Hopefully this shows that someone at least sees value at this price (current cash, essentially) and this is at or near the bottom. Blooming hope so!

Whichever way you look at it, they've done well. They have moved the NAV per share from 2/3rds of nothing to what did someone else say, 75p per share. They have done that by consistently raising above NAV, although this is looking to be getting trickier. They're all set up for life from what was a Mom and Pop Internet Design type company.

You are just trying to deflect. I have no link here, other than holding shares (obviously at a loss) You can't say the same. You definitely have a past or present connection either with the company directly or with a competitor. No doubt in my mind at all that you have an agenda.

You're a decimal point - it would be a consolidation of more than 5000 shares to 1, to get to 20p.

They couldn't say nothing at all as they need the authority from shareholders for the share issue, and they won't raise the money in time unless they ask for that permission immediately. As for the price of the raise then yes, I guess they could have signalled a raise at a deep discount and got it away but no-one was going to commit in advance to a massive rise at a higher price - would you?
