Rylidan, I recognise that you will be one who has made a lot of money here, so kudos for that.

Do you expect big changes to the core business turnover then, as there is nothing to suggest that is anything other than a small operation. They talk about possibly growing through acquisition but they would have to raise for that. They could sell some BTC, I suppose, but surely that would crash the share as it goes against their whole 10 year plan. Do you really expect the web design business to be flourishing as people get attracted to the hype and name due to the publicity? It's possible, I suppose.

Fair play though to those here (and also the likes of SWC etc) who have made massive amounts following trend and sentiment even when fundamentals don't stack up and suggest not to buy. I struggle to ignore fundamentals, but managing to do so and make a fortune when it rises dramatically just on sentiment (or fraud as in this case) is a skill in itself.

It is funny when they talk about the company being changed since the results though. Clearly it is in terms of cash / BTC holdings but the turnover of the core business may actually have reduced, with the boss being fully engaged in PR, interviews and fundraising.

The coffin originally filled by Pope Leo III, no less, before James offered the Church some of his pocket change to buy it from them. They couldn't turn down that sort of wealth.

Surely the model only really works if you can place higher and higher, reducing over time the gap between NAV and market cap? They obviously need to raise asap though, so I guess they will go ahead with £15/£20m af a lower sp than ideal and then just hope the SP rallies back up quickly.

There is a web design business but it makes tuppence. It covers a few people's wages.

Fair play to Andrew. Unless Bitcoin tanks, if nothing else he has massively increased the market cap of the original little Web Design company, and made many millions in profit even if the market cap goes back to cash value.

I read it though as that they were doing business on the side, using info or contacts gained in the course.of their employment. Just speculation though, I agree.

Easy enough to prove - just keep the last 4 digits of any share sales 6789 or similar (advertising the same in advance) when they are sold.

I chased him up one time on something (when I was invested in Vela) and I had to chase up again as there was no response. The reason given was that it was half term lol. The individuals involved, legacy particularly, with the verdict still out on the others, are a joke.

That big sell at rock bottom shows how we can struggle for liquidity here. Was that sell 'at best' or equivalent? You would have thought that they would have got more by offloading in tranches, so it probably wasn't there money. Perhaps a forced sale due to minimum market cap requirements or the removal of guidance etc. Either way, it's done and accounted for now.

It all helps. The spread is a bit off-putting but then I guess if it recovers then it doesn't matter too much. Nearly 2p though. Depressing end to my holiday with what's happened with this one.

Still, the IP is worth something (or Nat-West wouldn't have leant on it), the Ofsted Outstanding has got to put them in good stead and they have £2.25m in the bank.
