@JBongo: I also noticed that despite some big sells the share price actually went up! As no one knows what the schedule is except Judge Gilstrap I found it intriguing.
Still hoping that it is 5th of December - we have waited for long enough.

And this is exactly why I want the trial to start ….like NOW!!!
I am a patient investor but Nanoco really does test me.

So only two weeks left to the next potential trial date of 5th December. IF (????) this is our date in court I guess something would be published next week….wouldn’t it be? After all the lawyers need time to book travel and be sure they can be physically be there….

@theItalian: Thank you for sharing. This actually looks rather good and encouraging. I also liked how humble but really genuinely optimistic the employee of VRS spoke.
Although not impressed by the share price development since I bought in the mid 40p range this video has restored my faith that a quiet revolution might be taking place in which case we should easily the 40p range again.

@troublesome: I share your pain. However what keeps my hopes up is the certainty that the trial will take place and will take place within the next three weeks to three months.
We have an excellent legal team and our case has attracted the funding from an external funding partner so just based on this one I remain confident.
It really is now a question of staying patient.

What I don’t get is why some institutional investors are redeeming now. We hat a sell of 2m shares on Friday and we had a sell of 1.25m today.
Now if underlying mutual fund investors are selling from a mutual fund than a portfolio manager is forced to either generally reduce positions across his portfolio or sell those positions that he thinks don’t have a lot of upside potential.
I don’t know why someone is reducing here as unless it is due to mutual fund outflows it doesn’t make sense.
We are potentially just 3 weeks away from trial or potentially only ca 1 1/2 or 2 months where by the vast majority of opinion on this board (and this includes me as well) N will win and N is on the best road for a completely new position and a markedly higher share price.

@LordWM: Best of luck to you! I topped recently up at 46p, 41p, 38p and 35p.
Looking back now I should have been more patient. However I do not really regret any of the top ups.
I firmly believe that N is in the right and that justice will be done - and that this will be reflected in a conviction and a proper award. Here is me hoping for at least 70p and more - especially if we get a juicy licensing deal.

In the actual slide used by BT in his presentation it says “Jury verdict Q4 22 or Q1 23” …I know that BT says it could slide into first half but I think he was more rounding up the time scale but I remain absolutely convinced we will get the jury verdict either on 5th Dec or in Jan or Feb 2023.
Given that we had been so close before I stick my neck out and say it will be either in Dec 2022 or Jan 2023.

@Nanonano: Actually if I recall the last presentation correctly BT did say that the Nanoco v Samsung trial will be scheduled at the very latest by March 2023.
I have the very strong feeling (but not certainty) that we will be scheduled for either 5th December or one of the two dates in January.
Nearly there. Trying times as we all had thought our turn would come on 12 September but as long as one is convinced that Nanoco has a strong case and a strong legal team than one can look with confidence into the future.

Bizarre. Time to hold tight. Samsung is guilty and we will win this trial.

@JBongo: I actually got the report of Panasonic on this board. Don’t you think as well that if Samsung sells products/components to others such as Panasonic than Nanoco would not try to get a slice of the revenues? I am not ramping here but I think that if successful it will not just be Samsung that will have to pay.
Anyway we have entered the last 200 metres of the 1000m race.

I have the feeling that Nanoco IP is used by many big names via Samsung (!) and once Nanoco wins this will open the floodgates. Having read another posting about Panasonic I think we are already well commercialized and hope that we actually get compensated.

@Patty333: The next potential trial date is 5th December. If the trial does not take place on 5th December then it might be held in either January or February 2023. In both these months there will be two dates each where the trial might be held.
How the judge determines which trial goes ahead is not known to any of us on this board - also not known to Nanoco.
So a bit more patience is required.

Sorry Hawk but I invested another little chunk into Nanoco at 35.3 last week and after a nice rise on Friday I saw the share price go down.
Don’t get me wrong I am still confident about Nanoco but as a professional asset management company why reduce when vindication and greater profits are so close?

I find that a tad concerning as we are so close to trial. Literally one or two months away.

The day of judgment is coming closer for Samsung. Next potential trial date is 5th December if I recall correctly - and if this does not happen there are two potential dates in January.
For me the trial date and result is key - Samsung can appeal all they like but damages will just accrue and accrue and eventually they will have to pay.
