RE: 'Term sheets' are not legally binding9 Jan 2023 09:27
For me the frustrating things are two things:
1. The best approach would only have been one RNS, ie that of Friday. The RNS really does not lift the uncertainty in any way at all.
2. It would have been best to suspend share dealing on Friday until a final RNS with the agreed financial terms could be published.
I am continuing to hold on to all my shares as a) I am still solidly positive/in profit and b) it goes against my grain as an investor to sell out of a position when the situation is opaque.
I still believe that the share price as of now is undervalued and hope to sell at a higher profit once we have the final RNS out so I can make an informed decision.
