To be fair, you've been saying all week it would be 6p today. So what are you claiming you got right?

You know how to state clearly obvious facts as if they're evidence of your brilliant analysis and research.

You also know how to vastly miscalculate price changes only a few days in advance.

But here's another reasonable assumption: The breathalyser results aren't looking great and there's a lot of competition, so they hope investors will be distracted by the other things they're hyping.

You were waiting until today for it to drop to 6p.

It's the lack of fanfare that's the problem. Transparency is needed to reassure investors and the publicity helps raise the product, and the company's profiles.

That's part of the reason other company's have that approach.

I only started investing seriously a couple of years ago and I've focused mainly on clinical drug developers (i.e. new pharmaceutical companies). So I've spent countless hours learning about drug trials and MHRA and FDA regulations.

When a company conducts a clinical trial they ALWAYS say how many participants they will need and they ALWAYS have a target end date.

Why won't Deepverge give investors this information about their medical-device trials?

How about you repost it either way, even if I get it right?

That makes zero sense. Who's going to be selling at 6-7p?

The IIs who just put in £25m at 8p, or the new PIs who recently bought around 10p? Or maybe the long-term holders who already decided to hang onto them while they rose past 13p plus? Seriously, use some common sense.

If there's no news for months it might slip below 7p. But if they secure an extension to the site and get the recent MOUs legally binding by summer, 8p will seem very cheap.

It's hard to believe this was over £3 just a few weeks ago.

The last placing was for £20m at 5p, when the previous closing price was 10p.

Immediately following the announcement it opened at 7.5p before gradually falling to 5p. That's where it remained, at around the placing price of 5p. So I'm blocking you for saying stupid things and pretending you know what you're talking about.

I'm poised to hit that ignore button as soon as convb arrives.

News about the placing probably explains why the price has been climbing for the past two days.

Anybody with the slightest clue knows the fundraise is good news.

You only have to look at the previous placings to know that's roughly where the price will remain. Institutions aren't going to put in £25m if there's any chance it will drop to 3 or 4p. They'd have to be idiots.
