It has always been drummed into me that you should never buy shares str8 away when RNS released. Reputable investors will take time to digest and make a decision when any short term reactions (By MMS or traders) have played out.

Don't let the resident deramper Stu put you off. Read views from about 40 people today you think the RNS was decent, in line with expectations and a great platform for the next few week.months.

Or you could side with the regular de-ramper on here you never has a good word to say about HEMO (Check his history)

Re your minimise rubbish. It means it is genuinely less likely FDA will object. No more, no less. Ofcourse there is always a risk that FDA may object, that's why it will be great news 30 days after submission if Hemo get the Go Ahead for trials

Vlad's previous Option i thought were upped to 9p - But i dont think there were many options - so not a big deal. I have every confidence he will still be taking up those options - 9p will be hit if Hemo progress successfully through Phase 1 trials and if CBR continues to show promise

dHub - the market will move when you least expect it. Hemo is not the only massively undervalued share around. Confidence is slowly returning to the markets and small/medium caps are being talked up as a great place to invest.

Today's news for most of us was nothing unexpected.

The RNSs in the next 4-6 weeks (IND and Trials) will hopefully be bigger catalysts - although it is more likely in my opinion that the rise will come in between RNSs.

The sentiment WILL change here, when it does things can move quickly. We have seen in all before - look at the volume on the days that share prices re-rate. It's usually only a handful of days a year when SPs move significantly - it could happen anytime here IMO.

It is a timely moment as IND ls clearly complete and will be submitted very soon - hence timing of the first award.
The 2nd award is dependant on FDA clearance

He can buy now, at 2p like we can. But the incentive for Vlad and many others like me with companies I have worked for is that you dont have to part with any money until much further down the line. To buy 20m shares now would cost Vlad £400k which he probably does not have just sitting around. This way he can buy them when the share price is 10p and it is risk free OR if Phase 1 trials kill someone, he will not have spunked £400k at 2p a share.

You are right though that if Hemo was bought - he'll have the option to significantly increase his stake and returns.

But I doubt that the motivation for the award is about being bought out - I can assure you the four things on his mind now is CART trials, CBR development, his family and a Ukraine victory

Just finished reading the report

Have to say, a good update.

No surprises, which is a good thing and what I expected. Contrary to the FUD from the trolls - proves to me that whatever people's thoughts are on comms, the progress has been in line with what I expected.

3 take aways for me....

IND - very near future. Could be days, could be a week or two. But sounds very close and the extra time has been used to get it 'right first time' significantly reducing the risk of FDA objections

Cash of £6.5m, no need or expectation to raise for at least 12 months. (Although, I was hoping they had nearer 8)

Confirmation of partnership to support phase 1 trials.

Onwards and upwards...

Big Laugh at Pumpky's comment that Vlad does not care about SP - He owns about 4% of the company and his wife about 6%. He may not care what the SP was in March and April and quite frankly nor did I. But he certainly care's about the SP in the medium term; it will be important if/when the company is sold or some other type of M&A and it will be important towards in FY25 and beyond if Hemo need to raise further funds.

The current Manufacturing process has been qualified as delivering the safety and functionality as per FDA criteria - SO NO ISSUE

Hemo have been partnering with Penn and working with Dr Carl June; they have been working on a 24 hour process. So

Hemo well placed to benefit from learning and partnership. SO not an issue for Ph1, but i imagine Hemo will look at the shorter cycle ahead of future phases

So IMO nobody is selling because of MrIndia's rubbish - but the opportunity cost is that in the absence of all his rubbish this forum could have been a much more balanced place to share useful conversation and opinions
