I firmly believe on everything i have read - I fully expect the IND to get the green light from the FDA - which effectively means we will not see the FDA place a clinical hold.

I do however, in respect of my fellow LTHers, want to AVOID too much emphasis on 1 RNS on a specific day. Creating pinch points that not even as significant as a bump on the road is counter productive.

Our bet is not about whether the IND gets approved - its the timelines. If the worst happens and I LOSE the bet i will have to lose like a man and say well done and congratulate you on your judgement or superior research. However, in that WORST scenario, the FDA is almost certainly still going to approve the IND, it may just require a few more days to get some clarifications. The FDA are not going to want to stand in the way of a potential cure for AML - they will simply be providing constructive feedback to HEMO which will only increase the chances of clinical success - so whilst this bet is PERSONAL and I EXPECT to WIN - its only a bit of pride and reputation, it wont be a bad thing for HEMO

I'm simply playing the odds - 90% you s good for me. RNS clearly states that the qualifying runs have met FDA requirements, in addition Hemo will have already addressed initial FDA feedback.

I have no personal experience of submitting IND. I assume FDA will communicate during the 30 days with any questions or clarifications it may have. And I assume that these typically are answered within the 30 day period.

Of course STU is not criticising the company - he is simply trying to manipulate the truth and the discussions on this board.

We have no idea if the FDA will have any questions on the submission - But doing a lot of pre work, reflecting on feedback ALREADY received form the FDA a more than a year ago will SIGNIFICANTLY decrease the likelihood of any questions.

The ONLY reason HEMO has said the submission proved a big more difficult or complicated was to (1) provide some insight as to why the IND was seemingly a couple of months later than some noisy investors were hoping and (2) to reflect on the effort they put it to ensure it is RIGHT FIRST TIME

Towards the very end of FY24 or early in FY25 is the earliest #HEMO will do another placing

So i have plenty of time to decide whether to participate or not - although as a small private investor I do not actually get alerted to placings so the reality is I will not be buying at the Placing price.

This is an investment forum - the SP is not at 2p because of the progress and quality of the science. It is due to factors relating to investing.

Its a little low (short term) following £4m placing that increase the supply in the market (Price drop is supply increases - basic economics)

IND has 90-95% likeliehood of FDA clearance within 27 days - TICK

75% Phase 1 Trials are successful - Tick

This combined stage in usually last for 'months', unlikely to bb longer than 1 year

So combined, that's a 70% Chance of a BIG re-rate.

I do not imagine that re-rate will happen in one go at the end.

70% chance of successful Phase 1. Be a bit prudent NOW and assume, say 50%

50% * 8p = 4p Realistic current valuation

So a prudent view and one does not assume any CBR / BME upside

The good news is that this is a much SAFER stock now than it was in December

- It has raised £4m in difficult times - so it has plenty of cash for a minimum of 12mth

- It has communicated a break through and progress on CBR

- It has made significant progress on CAR-T - and about to hit a key Biotech milestone and go clinical.

- Based on performance of IND and Phase 1 trials - HEMO is entering a relatively low risk period where the odds are

heavily stacked on success at this stage of developing a new therapeutic candidate

When you combine the potential rewards here and the newsflow that we expect to come in FY23 - it makes it a highly compelling investment opportunity.

We had heard so little from Vlad since July last year - I'm confident he'll start to communicate more in the coming months. Hopeful;y with the support of TMS Reach who I know are a fan of HEMO and would love to work closely with them to keep the investor community updated

Very well written - they clearly have agenda or a job to do. I agree with the comparisons you have drawn - one2one is very much the apprentice / amateur. Stu occasionally makes a good argument - but not for a while, his posts in the last 2-3 weeks have been, quite frankly "desperate" and disrespectful to the well researched and serious investors on here. (He will know this and I'm sure is embarrassed even if he wont admit it)

The train has left the station, its flying down down the track. Next stop FDA Approval and then in a blink of an eye Phase 1 Trials. The train may also stop for a few Vlad Interviews / Webinars I hope and if the new track is complete, perhaps even a bonus detour to CBR update

Sprint - I don't think we can jump to the conclusion of Phase 2/3 trials yet. They ay well be reasons as to why CAR-T works less effectively with AML. I think I am right in saying that there has been previous CAR-T for AML candidates at other companies that have not been successful

However, #HEMO will know this and have learned from this. They have submitted an IND because they believe THEY have the solution.

I am optimistic that Hemo CAR-T will make it through all trials - but that is a long way away and the by that time #HEMO will have likely been gobbled up.

I'm Very confident that the IND will make be FDA approved within the 28 days and I am confident it will be in the 75% that are successful in Phase 1 Trails - Why wouldn't it - the odds are on their side and they have a wonderful team of scientists.

Nobody is trying to say its all reward and no risk - we have always maintain it is high risk, high reward. However, now that the IND is with the FDA - that one less risk. The low share price means that the risk / reward ratio is stacked nicely

We have only discussed FACTS relation to the first two next steps which will occupy Hemo in the next 6-9 mths

1. Typical % IND that get FDA clearance at first attempt - 90-95%

2. Typical % Phase 1 trials that are successful and move to stage 2 - 75%

So - a 70% chance that in 12mth time we'll be discussing great results at Phase 1 and be starting Phase 2 Trials

And lets not forget the company has confirmed it has funding to continue development of CBR / BME

Any business who categorically commits in an RNS that they WILL NOT do a placing is committing commercial suicide.

The pertinent point in the RNS is that HEMO has lots of Cash and the Directors see no reason to raise funds in the next 12 months (minimum)

The paragraph I assume you are trying to manipulate with is the standard small print that companies insert - they would be STUPID and NOT DOING their jobs properly if they did not make it clear that IF things change, they reserve the right to raise money.
