The reason my posts are so bullish is the RNS giving us the confirmation we were looking for.

Unless you think the board handset Vlad 20m share options for best dressed scientist - it sounds like a very important milestone has been achieved.....

So much news to come and am sure Vlad will do an interview shortly.

It's the validation I was hoping for and this really is the start of something special.

Trying to interpret trades as to whether there is buying or selling pressure is a mugs game
Trades going through at almost 10% higher than yesterday - so that bodes well
I doubt many traders are taking 5% - but may be wrong
What looks like a big red sell - may look like a "short being closed later" or a "rollover" or it may be a buy that was being filled.
Just sit back and let the market do what it does and see where the SP is in a week and then 2 weeks

Would be good if perhaps Vlad did an interview accompanied by the FD or perhaps one of the new recruits.

You wanted to see clarity around CAR-T and told everyone it was the key priority of why you invested.
HEMO have given clarity - read through whatever lines you want - but IND will be submitted in near future and it is more likely that not that the FDA will not raise objections.
Patients with AML desperately need better outcomes - the FDA know that, Hemo know that and I know that.

The future is bright HFH - you won't find me engaging on SP predictions. I think we all have tried and failed over the years.

All i know is that I value Hemo significantly more now that i did 1 year ago. There progress is there for all to see.

FY23 should be no different - lots of potential catalysts for SP growth

Vast majority are very happy and content - no surprises and confirmation that IND submission is likely to happen in the very near future; given Vlad was awarded 20m options yesterday I think that may indicate it's readiness as well

I learnt very little today from RNS - it was all in line with my expectations. I'm sure that was the case for others who were well researched too.

I think with RNS very likely to land anytime soon - they will prove a bigger catalyst for new investors

Table shows the date that Tranche 1 expires April 2028

Table also says that Tranche 2 will expires 5 years after they vest - which is unknown until Phase 1 trials start as per conditions

i.e. both are 5 years after they vest

People need to ask themselves what milestone has been hit behind the scenes to warrant granting Vlad c£500k worth of options YESTERDAY.

My guess would be that IND is complete and that next week we'll get the RNS to say it's been submitted. [disclaimer - this is purely a guess on my behalf]

subush - options granted yesterday with a 5 year expiry term. So Vlad can decide at any point in the next 5 years to take all or some of his granted options at 2.5p per share.
