I'm not deflecting anything - the board just finds your posts tedious. You post as if you know what the market thinks, what the future holds and how the SP will perform. Yet it's all just nonsense in your own little bubble.

JHFH, myself and many others on many occasions have made their views clear on current SP. We are all confident that it will change when sentiment returns, volume returns and these will happen in conjunction with the progress Hemo make and the speculation that preceeds that. We all know the potential here if the Phase 1 results are good on CAR-T - at some point we'll see a number of people speculate. Share prices move very quickly on sentiment

At least Stu, however negative and targeted, makes some sense and sticks to the facts and we can converse cordially

if 100 people have sold below 2p and 5 people bought why is the share price not 1.5p???

mjng - many have their opinions on our CEO and tey are perfectly entitled to those opinions.

My opinion
I think our CEO's TOP priority is taking CAR-T into clinical trials - which means getting IND submission complete
Which at best, means the Report and accounts was perhaps number 2 priority??
Hemo are still a small business - so they don't have a whole department like big companies do to complete the R/A
The timing of this year's annual report is very sensitive to the submission of the IND - so this add some complications.
I DO NOT think our CEO is incompetent
A CEO can come from any of the core functions. IN my industry, most are ex-CFOs. AT Hemo, we have a Scientist as a CEO. I would expect that Andrew Wright the CFO is delegated to lead on the Report and Accounts - particularly this year with Vlad focused on IND.
Finally - the Report and Accounts has dependencies on third parties - Auditors and Accountants are very busy at this time of year and probably prioritise the bigger companies!

But, ofcourse it will be disappointing if Hemo miss the deadline.
But I DON'T expect them too

You are lying when you state that it is the 1st time you have read that the results may not land tomorrow - most derampers on here have tried to sow that seed

None of us can be 100% sure that Results will land tomorrow. I am VERY confident they will arrive tomorrow, so please do not try an insinuate that my last post was suggesting they will not land. But until they land, it is always a possibility they will not . That is purely be offering an objective view - If i am wrong and the RNS does not land tomorrow as i expect, I would hate to have misled anyone.

As for you last paragraph, it just looks like a desperate attempt by someone who does not want this share price to go up.

[My reason?, I am invested in Hemo and I'm interested in Hemi, I want Hemo to be successful to save lives and to deliver my investment objectives. I hope that most of here will agree that i am not a ramper - I try and stick to the facts and stay as balanced as i can. Staying balanced is sometimes difficult when the company is seemingly so undervalued and so close to key Biotech inflection point)

I see that STU is trying to create a burning platform here - usual tactics from a perennial negative poster

We WILL all be disappointed if results don't land tomorrow. It is the least we should expect as shareholders that the company delivers to it's regulated responsibilities. And for the record, i really hope and genuinely expect to see the results land tomorrow

However, there is a big BUT -If you look at the bigger picture, if the company did disappoint us and results land next week instead it is actually just a small rule broken, its not an indication that anything is wrong and makes zero difference to them delivering against the key objectives and realising the potential we all see here.

It's not like Hemo have the best reputation of delivering everything on time right now, so what changes if they are a few days late on this? The derampers will try and make out it's the end of the world and cry "sell" "sell" "sell" and maybe some will

But - my eye remains securely focused on the bigger prize of going clinical, curing AML cancer and maybe even playing an even bigger role one day in curing all manner of viruses and playing a role in US Biodefense. As Hemo mature into a bigger company I have no doubt they will have greater resources to provide better investor relations.

The reality is the company have been giving blood, sweat and tears in FY23, commpleting the final stage of the IND requirement, preparing the highly complex and critical IND submission and preparing their report and accounts (which by the way is not a walk in the park either for a SME)

So lets all hope we are all having a pleasant read tomorrow of the Annual Report and if not, in our disappointment should it not land as expected, remember the bigger picture here.

Firstly, I have no idea whether it will be our After Hours or not. My guess would be a Friday morning release.

Secondly, I am too smart and experienced to to make predictions of what the SP will be on any give day;

Hemo is making substantial progress towards Its clinical objectives. It has in the region of £8m Cash. We can expect exciting updates in the short and medium term. For these reasons, I am confident it will re-rate as an mCap of £21m makes these shares very cheap right now.

When the volume arrives, this will re-rate quickly - if the SP behaves in a similar way to the last two placings - 6-7p is the first target. [but will not offer any thoughts or guesswork on when this will be]

Exciting times....
2 more sleeps (at most)

1. Cash between £4m and £5m at year end (with £4m placing on top of that at end of January)
2. Full year costs of £2-£2.5m (Hemo is a pre-revenue Biotech)
3. Confirmation that IND has been or is about to be submitted
4. A status update on CBR - perhaps an indication of when In Vivo results due and any further next steps in motion
5. Further insight on how the additional £4m funding will be used to accelerate development at Hemo
6. If we're lucky, we may get a bit of information about how Phase 1 trials will play out
7. We may get some update on Partnerships - particularly any that underpin the plans for Phase 1 Trials
8. Potential update or insight around non dilutive funding plans
9, The thoughts and reflections from the Chairman
10. A CDX update and whether we can expect much progress on it in FY23

It's a nice little saying Pumpky but not sure it quite applies here.

If "the rabbit" was a higher share price through Feb-April, then you are probably right. This may have been the Trader's objective, but not for the company of LTHs

But if "the rabbit" represents Clinical Trials, Saving Lives etc then I think that taking a wee is important. A full bladder tends to slow you down, and ofcourse nobody wants a burst bladder or an nasty accident! And you cant put it off forever!

If it were not for the placing (which was raised at 100% premium to the average share price in H2 2022) there would be lots of speculation right now as to when Hemo would next need cash. (at a time when finance is harder to secure)

Instead #Hemo will show a year end cash balance in the region of £4m + the £4m they raised in FY23. So plenty of cash :-)

The next time Hemo need cash; both CAR-T and CBR will be at a later stage in development - this will increase the breadth of options to Hemo - including non-dilutive partnership models.

Pumpky - let's be clear on what 'deliver' means

If by deliver you mean -
1. Submit IND
I agree

2: If you mean: (1) and that CAR-T performs well in Phase 1 trials
I agree

3: If you mean: (1), (2) and that we get CBR In Vivo results in the next few months
I agree

4: If you mean (1), (2) and (3) and no dilutive funding for the next at least the next 12 months
I agree

5. If you mean something that the trolls may have dreamt up such as "the exact day that IND is submitted" then...

If you truly are anxious and nervous - you have clearly over invested in Hemo, probably over invested in a single stock.
Which begs the questions - why the hell would you do that?
Any sane person would only invest a significant % of their portfolio of funds on one thing IF they were truly confident, phenomenally well researched, trusted the board and had a good understanding of the market opportunity and the risks /reward ratio.
Assuming you are sane, you can see why we find your posts so ridiculous. Anyone who has done the above would not be making the comments you do.

And the same boring and disingenuous patter about not being updated by Hemo: I will repeat for the gazillionth time; EIGHT CAR-T updates since they laid out the plan for the final manufacturing stage AND the mid year report. Just 4 weeks ago they update te market with the following:

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO), the biopharmaceutical group developing new therapies and treatments for deadly blood diseases, is pleased to announce the successful completion of a full set of analytical tests required to verify the quality of the cells manufactured during three Process Qualification ("PQ") runs of the end-to-end process for HEMO-CAR-T production. Each PQ run is an end-to-end process of the manufacture of HEMO-CAR-T cells. The PQ runs were carried out in the Company's current Good Manufacturing Practice ("cGMP") compliant clean rooms. They were followed by analytical release tests that were conducted both by the Company and a third party to ensure that manufactured HEMO-CAR-T cells comply with a set of required quality attributes. Among these attributes are viability, potency and sterility of the manufactured HEMO-CAR-T cells.



The completion of the full set of analytical tests of all PQ runs is the last manufacturing requirement that is necessary for the submission of an Investigational New Drug ("IND") application to the US Food and Drug Administration ("FDA"), which is now in the course of preparation. The IND is needed to obtain authorization from the FDA to commence Phase I clinical trials of HEMO-CAR-T. All PQ runs as well as analytical tests data will be compiled for inclusion in the IND submission pack.

To summarise, they confirmed that the final PQ runs were complete and that the analytical test were complete. Both successfuly. They confirmed that this concluded the manufacturing step and that the IND was now in the course of preparation.

AND

You will get a thorough update within days now as part of their annual report.

A few corrections MrIndia...

1. That was my point, being a Commercial FD does make my view any better - perhaps if i was a Chief Scientist or Fund Manager that may be different.

2. I think you are wrong when you say the proof will be in the accounts - the accounts are a 'lagging measure'. They simply will tell the cashflow in FY22 and the accounting loss. The proof will be (1) FDA clearance to start Clinical Trials - hopefully first time with no FDA objections and then (2) The performance of CAR-T in Phase 1 trials and (3) The results of the In Vivo CBR tests on the world's most deadly viruses affecting humans.

Being realistic - Weaker hands may choose to look elsewhere to invest if the CAR T update does not given them the detail they want. Those not patient enough are unlikely to come out winners on here

3) Please do not assume I have not made money on Hemo - you know nothing about my SIPP and ISA performance

Hemo Board: please except my most sincere and humble apologies for my over exuberance and for sharing some of positive facts in respect of the progress at Hemo and its recent valuations. (That i casually picked up from RNS and the historic MCAP).

In no way would I insinuate or advocate others to follow my lead and buy shares in this company. I have no credibility on this board; as a Commercial Finance Director, who am I to comment on the merits of an investment. You'll see that this post is marked as me having "No Opinion"

Suggest you look elsewhere for more balanced and authentic perspective; Perhaps someone like one2one who must be an expert in Hemo and thinks It is doomed to fail; clearly overvalued and hard to see any potential. Or maybe Pumpky, a trader who has his/her finger on the pulse and I'm sure their posts are always well intended to help the board make a judgement on Hemo. Or maybe heed the advice of Mr India who felt very confident to take a very significant holding (by his own admission) yet a day or so later decided the share is a dog - Mr India takes "fail fast" to a new dimension.

Mind you, every dog has it's day ;-)

I hope those that are selling are doing it for short term liquidity or they know what they are doing....

The lowest MCAP on Hemo in the last 3 years was £12/£13m

The mCAP is now close to just c£21m - so just +£8m vs the low point

Yet since that low point:
£4m extra in the bank
New Premises
9mth SIGNIFICANT development and on the brink of Clincial Trials
Great results on CBR - with follow-up tests results due for tests against real live human killer viruses
and lots more....

So - those thinking this can go back to 1p / 1.5p are either very brave, naive or stupid IMHO.

The most important thing is that CAR T gets clearance from FDA and performance well in trials.

I also happy to wait weeks for that. But I agree with you Stu that I would appreciate some guidance on approx how many weeks if the IND is not already completed.

Hope you are wrong on two counts . I hope we do get a clear update on CAR-T.

I also hope that Hemo shareholders, like me, are made of stronger stuff and remember why they invested and stay in group 1.

Perhaps I am being a little more bullish, I have an update today on HEMO to about 100 investors and I'm watching the Last Dance and feeling a bit like Michael Jordan. I'm here to win and I want us to win as a team. Either way I will be here when my confidence, trust and patience pays off.
