HT - you have no evidence to suggest "Proper CEO" would not have done the Mint thing. And we know nothing about current grants - whether Hemo have or haven't applied and have or have not been successful

I can assure you that many small companies have failed by bringing in so called 'expert CEOs' who don't fully understand the industry and make bad decisions too.

Mint will almost certainly have been introduced by Peter and Andrew so I do not see why Vlad should be taking 100% responsibility, They will have been party to a decision of such magnitude and IF they felt so strongly against it should have tendered their resignation. It's all too easy to throw stones with hind sight. Many big successful companies have issues CLNs in their growth phase

Oh, and quite a few existing investors are non Vlad's biggest fan. They think he is an awesome CSO but sometime question his decisions and capabilities as a CEO - and that is OK, they are entitled to their opinions.

CEOs however are VERY VERY expensive. especially a experience, successful CEO. Personally I am happy that our largest shareholder, with oodles of passion is leading Hemogenyx, He has a CFO, an experiences Capital Markets expert, a Lawyer and Professor Sir Marc Feldmann whi is a pre-eminent medically trained immunologist who has been there and got the T-Shirt. These are all there and party to the decisions taken by Hemogenyx.

And...they have a very talended and knowledgeable Advisory Board consisting of Dr Koen van Besien and Dr H. Michael Shepard - both of which are highly regarded and experienced

And they have been working with the likes of PENN university and Dr Carl June, a leader in the field of CAR-T....

So ask yourself next time you read rubbish on this forum - whether to believe the faceless, manipulative poster spending their life on this forum OR the set of high respected community detailed above

I cheated at had a quick peek at your post Mr India but looking in the "Members Section"

I cannot speak for JHFH - he's a little more emotionally engaged that I am. That's his prerogative. He has been a champion over the years for this stick and I enjoy reading or hearing his thoughts - but i tend to stick to the RNS for the basis of my thoughts. JHFH tends to go a bit further and makes more effort to converse with the Hemo leadership team and he also keeps an eye on the darker individuals via Telegram and similar forums.

But i can put you right on your last post. I DO NOT consider the current share price of 2p to be in any way insulting to me. I could name you LOTS of stocks that are currently very undervalued in the current market - First, Biotech went out of favour, and then small caps went out of favour with investors. These phases are cyclical and there will be a time when investors flock back to both - In fact there are already signs of both.

It's not an insult though - it is simply the price determined by market forces right now on small volume. MMs need transactions to make money so they will do what they need to in order to match buyers and sellers. The recent placing increased the volume of shares by c15% - therefore creating supply. Economic theory will tell you that unless we see an equal and opposite increase in demand, the price will drop. That is what has happened here.

There has been demand - myself and other existing holders have used it has a great opportunity to add at a price below placing. The placing will also have been an opportunity for some to increase their holding or invest in Hemo for the first time.

We do need to see new investors and/or even more existing shareholders decide to increase their holding. Biotech is a risky investment, so some new and existing shareholders will naturally wait for more positive progress and news before choosing to increase their holding.

That is why we are so excited about the Pivotal milestone - Moving from pre clincial to clinical is an industry specific indicator that a Biotech has made tangible progress. Good Phase 1 results are potentially and even bigger catalyst for a significant re-rate. The former is anticipated to happen anytime from now, with the Phase 1 trials to follow shortly after. Some investors and traders may choose to speculate on the results of phase 1 - given the impact they can have on the SP. It all comes down to risk vs reward; getting in now whilst the SP is cheap offers massive rewards, but also significant risk. For me, just my own personal opinion and my own attitude to risk, this the risk / reward trade off is a great one here - the mCap is £23m - well below the average of peers at a similar stage of development AND i trust the leadership team, I have followed everything made public for over 3 years now. I have NEVER given guidance on dates EXCEPT where it is factual. There WILL be an RNS this week or next as the results must be published as per LSE rules. It is the de-rampers that talk about dates so they can talk about delays when dates are not met. Hemo may have given some guidance to investors on target dates; some the have hit some they have missed. But target dates are only in place to drive urgency and to help plan - missing a date in Biotech by a few weeks or a few months is normal. The overriding target is to get CAR-T to market - right now that means doing everything they can to (1) commence Phase 1 trails and more importantly (2) give themselves the best possible chance of success in Phase 1 trials.

Like everyone on here - of course i am frustrated, bored, disappointed that we have not yet had the confirmation form Hemogenyx that IND is submitted or ready to submit. I am human, I am an investor and i want to see Hemo progress. However, i can see the bigger picture and the importance of getting it right first time - and I'd be seriously annoyed if Hemo rushed this stage an compromised on the chances of success.

I really hope you move on to an investment that makes you happy - if indeed you are even invested here.

I am an experience business leader with 30 years of experience. I can assure you that anyone who dismisses feedback, particular constructive or negative feedback goes on to fail. Many people on here are tried to converse with you; they have tried to support you, reason with you and above all feedback how negative, contradictory and counter productive your posts are. However, rather than reflect on their words and consider their feedback, you just dismiss it. Whether you agree or disagree with it is irrelevant - its the overwhelming feedback of most visitors to this forum - smart people who take notice of it, fools won't.

My hand is strong, I am holding my shares for as long as I need to in order to meet my investment objectives. My holding is VERY significant to me and ofcourse I have doubts, of course i am scared at times. Equities are risky. But it is abour RISK and REWARD, I am pursuing a relatively high risk investment strategy in order to get a significant reward. I am hugely researched in Hemo and look forward confidently. I enjoy being apart of this wonderful Hemogenyx journey and an cautiously optimistic it will have a happy ending or two

I'm back at the request of a few posters - have filtered out the dross (again)

Laughable at the de-rampers trying to make SAFETY a issue to scare Investors and potential investors

SAFETY is the whole bloody point of doing Phase 1 trials - it will have be top of the list of everything HEMO are working towards. If it is not safe we may as well pack up and go home.

The third party checks on the Hemo manufactured CAR-T included checks for SAFETY - making sure it was sterile and it was qualified as meeting the requirements of the FDA.

SAFETY is one of the pre-requisites of drug development - to suggest Hemogenyx are not 100% focused on making CAR-T safe is like saying a Pilot is NOT thinking about leaving the ground when flying a plane.

If you think there is a strong chance that Hemo CAR-T is not safe - I suggest you sell any shares you have and invest elsewhere and leave this forum to those who have greater trust in Hemo and the information it has shared in the last 2 years on RNS.

Hemo have just achieved a minor miracle in 9 months. They have successfully deliver the all important manufacturing phase. And, they did it cheaper and quicker than using third party. This is such great news, yet instead with just have bed wetters on here and derampers.

Yes, we all want to get an update soon on CAR T, but we have waited years, just a few more hours, days or weeks now.

I was there and I can assure you that we were allowed to questions at the end of the AGM as it was concluded within about 5 minutes - we were given opportunity to ask anything of Peter (in the room), Andrew (in the room) or Vlad or Alexis on the end of the video conference

Nobody knows if IND has been submitted yet, nobody knows when it will be submitted. We will find out very soon though I imagine.

When we do find out when submitted we will know that Hemo can start human trials 30 days later providing FDA do not raise objections.

We do not know how quickly Hemo will start trials, they will need to identify patient 1 and do the manufacturing.

So if Hemo submit (or have submitted) IND in April they can feasiblly start trials from start of June. But it may take a little time to identify patient 1.

Where we are now, not knowing exactly when IND submitted and not knowing how difficult it will be to identify patient 1 I'd gladly accept clinical trials in August ??

Hemo can start human trials 30 calendar days after submitting IND and the onus on FDA to raise any concerns. But unlikely as they have fed back positively already to Hemo and we know the PQ runs have met FDA requirements

BB - your guess is as good as mine which transactions are buys and which are sells. Very hard to tell has spreads have been very tight and MMs are not wanting to show their hand.

We all get calls from brokers who can secure mid prices and better prices for buys and sells - so I know that the colour of the trade, the proximity of a transaction price to the bid/offer can be hugely misleading.

If there has been lots of selling the SP should eventually start to fall - but it would also start to become difficult to sell shares yet i have just had a quote for a dummy 2m sales.

So i would say the buying / selling is balanced or slightly in favour of buying at the current SP of c2p

Actually, just tried a dummy sell and the sell price is 1.991p - so the 500k is possible part of a rollover or something; does not look like a straight sell...

Also - tried a dummy sell of 2m shares (£40k worth) and was offered above the Bid price.

Good sign when MMs happy to quote for 2m shares - suggest they have plenty of buyers :-)

A quick reminder that when ever the IND gets submitted by Hemo (or indeed if the IND has already been submitted?)
The clock starts ticking - HEMO have to wait just 30 days before they can commence human trials :-)

From the FDA website:
Once the IND is submitted, the sponsor must wait 30 calendar days before initiating any clinical trials. During this time, FDA has an opportunity to review the IND for safety to assure that research subjects will not be subjected to unreasonable risk.

Give @Hemo have already (1) Had positive feedback from FDA and (2) confirmed that all three PQ runs have been qualified by a third party as meeting FDA requirements

It leaves me feeling very confident that Human Trials are just around the corner and Hemogenyx will officially become a Clinical Biotech :-)
