Either way 2mths of tweaks and paper work is not going to have materially impacted cost.

I am pretty sure Vlad, when placing agreed, may have hoped to have completed by now. Who knows, ironically, some of the money may have paid for additional consultancy that triggered the additional time being taken.

Reality is, we don't know.

I still think (just my opinion btw) that we do not fully know yet why Hemo took placing, I am hoping we find out more when it is appropriate to do so. May be linked to Grant or could be something else.

I pity anyone coming on these boards who are not well researched on HEMO. It's an absolutely farmyard here. I have filtered 3 of the worst offenders on here for spouting bowlocks - and all i see now are one sided conversations from a few very patient members willing to converse with them.

Based on a comments I have had on Twitter and Facebook, i believe many are keeping tabs on HEMO. We could see some nice buying from Thursday as people use their new allowance. With one or more RNS to land in April, I dont think it will be wise to hang about

As with many of Vlad's personal tweets. We have know way of knowing if it related to Hemo. They usually do not.

Even if it did, the pic could be interpreted many ways.

Investors on here suspect that #Hemo may have applied for a Biodefense grant of up to. $4m to accelerate the development of CBR.

US Government concerned tha,lt, without support, biotechs prioritize more commercial opportunities over Biodefense.

The main priority right now for Hemo is taking CAR-T into clinical trials. But CBR, as per January RNS, is showing huge potential and unique.

So much to look forward to in April as an investor - Hoping for 4 #HEMO gifts: IND confirmation, Positive CBR In-Vivo results, Biodefense grant and a fantastic EOY report - plenty of cash, ambitious outlook, progress on all fronts. The bonus would be news of a commercial partnership etc

Looks like only 1 of todays transactions is a sell of any meaningful volume.

It is all about VOLUME

You can see throw much the share has moved backwards on a small amount of volume.

This will move SIGNIFICANTLY more when we see a higher volume of transactions. Obviously this could be movement forward or backwards

- A really bad RNS would send this VERY quickly back towards 1p or even lower
- A really good RNS will send this higher very quickly. (For those interested, suggest you look at the price action in the 2 months after the last two standard placings that HEMO conducted - I did the analysis recently and posted it on Twitter)

A bit more volume today is a good sign. MMs having to play a few games to drive the liquidity.

These small daily tweaks in price are largely irrelevant to me as a LTH. When you look at the graph the SP has been relatively stable for 2mths - which is a good sign

If JHFH is correct, the FDA have 30 days to place any objections - so at least we have a clear timetable at the point we know it has been formally submitted - I would expect that to encourage some investors to but in anticipation of the move into clinical trials

No equities are risk-free - at some point the SP will start to re-rate as the odds start ti improved of taking candidates through trials. Whilst not risk-free, I still think that at this current market value there is limited downside and huge, life changing upside

CAR-T certainly not unique Andy - as a therapeutic it is growing quickly and expected to grow to multiple $Billions in the coming years.

IMO, this is a good sign - suggests it will become a very normal and preferred treatment for those that have a condition where a compelling CAR-T solution is available. SO many different cancers out there

We know that HEMO have been and will continue to be laser focused on getting CAR-T into the clinic - speaking at a conference becomes just a 'nice to do' and glad that Dr Sandler is not speaking there. It's a long way to Pheonix from New York. No Carl June either, and he is one of the biggest names in CAR-T. Glad they both have more important things to dOo:-)

Looking forward to a positive period for Hemogenyx - i have no doubt that we will see the SP start to head north. Rome was not built in a day. The market for equities is horrendous today - look at where AVCT is after a blockbuster RNS recently.

Results will be out soon and we know there is a pipeline of news to come here.

I would not want to be invested anywhere else.

I believe the general consensus is that it's a little premature for #HEMO to be bought. It's far more likely post Phase 1 trials. I think partnerships are more likely at this stage - and even those are unlikely ahead of some Phase 1 results for CAR-T

Although partnerships may come sooner if CBR continues to perform strongly in the lab

The company also released news this year on another of it’s clinical candidates; Here’s the headline update given by the company:

I hope some of you agree with my assessment (not advice) – this represents a wonderful investment opportunity.
The market moves in mysterious ways: the current market valuation surprises me for starters. Therefore I rarely try to predict the share price; however I recently looked back at previous price action following two previous fund raises which suggest to me that the SP could rise up to 7p (+250% increase vs current value) in the next 30-60 days. This is not a prediction, this is not advice, it’s simply applying a pattern observed in previous placings and applying it to the current valuation. My own personal target for the share price is much higher – assuming the company’s lead candidate performs well in Phase 1 trial and that the proof of concept on CBR is further strengthened following in vivo tests in a secure Government facility.

It’s now March 24th, 2023;
Share price is currently @ 2 pence – valuing the company at £23m
The company has ‘up to £8m’ cash in the bank – that’s £4m more than it had in January when the mCap reached over £35m. (So no further raises needed in the forseeable future)
The company released news on 23rd March confirming it had completed the final step required to submit an IND into the FDA for it’s lead clinical candidate CAR-T; with the formality of a final refinement of the paperwork the only thing left to complete.
The company have been in regular dialogue with the FDA, allowing them to incorporate all the guidance they have received.
Once filed, assuming FDA do not have any objection, this company will be free to commence human trails 30 days later
Starting clinical trials represents a momentous, crucial and decisive milestone in the lifecycle of any Biotech; this special, exciting company with mature into a Clinical Biotech; for investors this represent (1) a formal trigger to appraise and invest and (2) a key benchmark that helps indicate the valuation of a Biotech (the average increase that Biotech’s experience at this juncture is eye watering – I’ll leave it to you to conduct this exciting research)
In my opinion, I don’t believe the market has appreciated the significance of this RNS yet; based on my research and understanding it’s almost a certainty that this company will be conducting human trials of CAR-T in a matter of months.
