He want US to think there are sellers - but there cannot be too many. I can 100% guarantee you that when the share price is about the drop because sellers out weigh buyers - you do not get a quote to sell FIFTY THOUSAND POUNDS worth of Hemo shares. If MMs though the SP was going down, they would not want to take that many off your hands above the Bid price

ONE2ONE - that is not my understanding - I do not believe PENN facilities are involved at all

#HEMO are partnered with WUXI to get the 1st set of ingredients and they then do the rest at #HEMO HQ

The only thing STU is anxious about is not holding #HEMO shares when they re-rate OR if he is acting on behalf of another party - not doing a very good job of convincing us all to sell our shares so other can get them on the cheap

They want you to believe that the market is Floundering. Whether it is or whether it isn't, THEY WANT YOU TO BELIEVE IT

The FACTS as I see them:

There has been lots fg buying, some big

There have been a number of short positioned closed

There does appear to be some big block sells

The SP is up 10-15% since the IND submission

In my honest opinion the market is NOT floundering. The SP has not increased as much as some might expect, but it looks to me that the actions of a few, possibly even MMs, are trying to keep the SP at this level ahead of a bigger re-rate.

When you can get a live quote to SELL >£50k shares -you know that the market is very healthy and MMS happy to take shares.

If only ONE2ONE knew....

What we do know is that ONE2ONE is not invested and does not want the shareprice to go up yet

The only 2 'major' shareholders are Vlad and Alexis Sandler. All other holders, until we are told otherwise, have less than 3% holding.

I think what Socialist is saying is that it is hard to think someone will spend so much time on here sharing negativity just because they disgruntled.

Are you not open to the notion that there may be posters on here who have been paid or are representing either MMs or large groups who have far more to lose/gain that a single private investor.

After an evening of reflection - Looking forward to a new relationship with this Forum.

Someone asked me last week, "How do you keep motivated when the market has been so difficult for so long in small / micro caps" (And with #HEMO, it is even tougher given the time taken to develop a clinical therapy in Biotech)

My answer was this "I am significantly (for me) invested in #HEMO, I'm well researched and want Hemo to do well. Yes I want my investment to perform well and yes i want #HEMO to successfully cure people with AML - a tough to treat Blood Cancer. My wife died at the tender age of 23 with relapsed Leukaemia. I do not run my own business, but my investment and #HEMO almost feels as personal. SO I CARE what people say about #HEMO - Ofcourse I am happy to discuss the risks involved or when things don;t go so well - but i draw the line at LIES and MANIPULATION - and THAT is what motivates me to write on here and post on Twitter"

A few home truths....

It HAS been a wonderfully successful year for #HEMO;

(1) on the verge of clinical trials with CAR-T having moved premises, set up 2 safe rooms and successfully set-up and completed the manufacturing process

(2) Futher demonstrated the potential of CBR / BME - a potentially game changing anti viral solution - in a class of its own - fully owned, protected and unique to #HEMO

(3) Raised £4m Cash to fund operations for at least 12mths - in a difficult market - at almost a +100% Premium to the prevailing share price in the previous 12mths

(4) And as of yesterday, the #HEMO share price is up +60% YOY - This is a validation of their progress and this sets them apart from many of their peers

A final Word

The likes of ONE2ONE, STU485 and their mates know ALL this too. But they are here for ONE reason. They want to get shares as CHEAP as they can for themselves and their mates. They would LOVE to think that their MANIPULATIVE and NEGATIVE posts play a role in teasing out some weak hands at this low share price. So remember that when you read their posts. Check out their history on LSE: They ONLY post about HEMO, they ONLY posts negatively, they ONLY post when they want to buy in cheaper (i.e. you will not see post from them when the share price is rising quickly) AND DRUM ROLL PLEASE, they are ALWAYS wrong.

Trying a new tact this week on the Placing - After last week's try crashed and burnt - with JHFH showing that the exert from the RNS last week was a standard 'small print' that is in the Repost of Accounts of many..

The key 'take away'; AS YOU KNOW from the very recent RNS published on 28th April 2023 is:

"The Directors, having made due and careful enquiry, are of the opinion that the Group and Company have or will have access to sufficient funding in order to execute its operations over the next 12 months. The Directors therefore have made an informed judgement, at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the Group and Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future"

You are simply trying to twist words and create FUD from nowhere (As you know)

There are two very similar statements in the RNS - The Chairman has said "beginning of Trials" , the audited going concern section says "Into clinical Trials".

There are 3 Trials Phases - there is no mention of it being either the "beginning" of "into" Phase 1. You are just twisting words.

Even before the £4m placing, HEMO were saying they were funded to take them into trials. So it is VERY safe to say the extra £4m takes them comfortably BEYOND the beginning of Phase 1.

THERE WILL BE NO PLACING in my honest opinion UNTIL FY24 at the earliest.

The only exception would be if AFTER great CART-T human results or CBR results we see the share price in double figures - this may make it a good time to consolidate on this results and fund even greater developments.

I will just translate Stu the MANIPULATIVE trader's post into facts

1. The Directors have agreed they have enough cash for at least 12mth and to fund Phase 1 Trial [HIGHLY UNLIKELY TO DO PLACING DURING PHASE 1 TRIAL]

2. If HEMO partner with a big global Pharam - this is BIG news and will be a valuable update

3. They may not get clearance withing 30 days - however 95% of INDs do get clearance and the vast majority that don't get clearance very soon after. HEMO have done all they can thus far to ensure it DOES get clearance in 30 days

Sorry Wyndrum - I don't think you understand the intricacies of Biotech.

#HEMO has entered a period in which it is achieving key Biotech milestones; these milestones are important as they are an important reference point for valuing a Biotech company. As you rightly point out, #HEMO (as with ALL pre clinical and Phase 1 Biotechs) have no Revenue stream - so CASH and SCIENTIFIC PROGRESS are the best key indicators.

#HEMO have achieved so much already with CAR-T which, until complete, was a big area of risk. IND submission followed by FDA clearance give a BIG GREEN TICK next to the pre Clincial Stage - Reaching this stage involved anything up to or even beyond £10m Investment.

The risk profile in the next 12 months is significantly LOWER - More than 90% of INDs will commence Phase 1 Trials and 75% of Phase 1 trials are successful. Every day i am seeing positive messages in respect of CAR-T, immunology and gene therapy. This week i heard that big Pharma's are likely to allocated 1/3 of their R&D budgets to gene therapy. CAR-T therapy for Lupus was fast tracked by FDA this week. The CAR-T market in the US alone is expected to grow to £30BN in the next 5 years.

SOOOOO much in the press at the moment on the UK Stock Market's inadequacies; Not very good at dealing with Risk, Not very good at investing or valuing Biotech. I expect this to improve, or else the UK reputation as a hub for investments will be further damaged.

HEMO is one of a number of stocks that is significantly undervalued - I am 100% confident that it's value will increase in the market. How much and when, it harder to predict

This has all been discussed before Mr India - You need to be patient - investing is a single equity is not for the feint hearted.

Reasons why perhaps the buying has not been as strong as we hoped, so far?

1. The levels of investment in the whole small / micro cap market is still depressed - Your guess is as good as mine when this will change. There does seem to be some chinks of light; this asset class is starting to get more frequent mentions based on the future potential and current valuations

2. Same as Point (1) bur replace small / micro cap with "Overall Biotech market"

3. There are lots of great opportunities in the UK micro cap market right now - perhaps many are occupied with other shares and waiting patiently for a re-rate.

BUT

My belief is that it's coming - it's just a case of patience:

1) We cannot really gauge what the market is doing behind the scenes for HEMO. MMs are notorious for their tactics to make it hard for investors to predict short term movements. Big Re-Rates usually take us by surprise

2) Whilst the SP may not have increased as much as you want it to - It is transacting at c15% higher than before the last RNS

3) MMs may be filling some big buy orders all working to close short positions

4) Bigger investors may still be waiting for further confirmation - FDA Clearance
