A low PE exists for a reason, there is no faith in the future. That they were able to raise funds shows they were able to show investors that they have grip of their financial forecasts. Carillion did not which is why the banks pulled out. However, bad contracts tend to get worse and so I expect more bad news to come through.

Dose of 0.6 is broadly similar to nitrostate. No mention of 0.8 dose so it must be higher and so out of the study.

Isn't the muted reaction because the 0.8 dose is above the tolerance of the comparative drug and so phase 3 at that does is more complicated and expensive?

Maybe. As the company is main listed it has to be more careful than your average aim stock about market sensitive information. He might have an inkling that the results are good but if the company has the report, it will have to release immediately. Not saying there hasn't been an informal conversation but I reckon right now he doesn't know the actual outcome. As Tiger has said in the past, the drill cores may have given it all away.

Not wanting to gloat but today's reaction was one of the 3 scenarios i predicted a few days ago. Great to see some cynics growing positive on this board. I reckon about �1.5m left in the bank which should see us through to profitability. Depends a bit on the cost and timing of phase 2 drilling

At 400 tonnes a month: Revenue = 943k. Sales cost = -258k Prudently assume current cost of production is halved (cost presented to day is for 3 months running costs divided by less than 1 months target production) = -414k. Profit per month = 271k or 3.2m per year.

Fundraiser, you do make a good point about cash flow. Disappointing that only 125 tonnes sold, 75 of which was mined last year. 125 tonnes sales = 295k revenue. 279 tonnes production at 2,714 cost per tonne = £757k costs. A rough cash outflow of £463k over the period. Sounds like it takes time to process shipments at the port delaying sales.

Another placing has always been on the cards. They are making a loss per tonne because production only just getting started and low production is not sufficient to cover costs. In 3 months they have produced 279 tonnes. Therefore, 3 months costs have been loaded into the cost per tonne. This is less than one months production at the target run rate. Divide the cost per tonne by email and it doesn't look so bad!

It would be great if drill results first and I also agree that 2 RNS is better than 1. It helps the momentum play. I am not too worried about timing. Never seems to work. I just try to find shares with potential that are not too expensive and them stick with them, averaging investment over time.

I see the following scenarios playing out: 1. The quarterly report comes out before the drilling results. The share price will drop because people don't understand the difference between in year production and run rate. 2. The report includes the drilling results. The share price drops initially as the traders have a panic at the production levels (see point 1 above). The share price then rallies when long term investors gain momentum and people digest the very positive drilling results. 3. The report includes the drilling. Both drilling and production results are poor, the share price tanks.
