It is very hard to say. What I haven't factored in is payment terms, could be 90 days for all I know which would be a big problem..
Assuming $1m on equipment not spent, stockpiled concentrate sold early enough on the quarter to get the cash before the end of June and 200 tonnes a month production from April, cash could be as high as $1.5m.
They could aslo do a placing tomorrow morning as about to run out of cash. Until the next update and financial results are released it is all guess work.
Point I was trying to make is that a placing or taking on debt is not a definite. The company could, with good management, become cash generating this quarter. The key is the speed of the production ramp up so the cost per tonne reduces, speeding up the transport and in port processing time to get sales flowing and how much is being spent on exploration and equipment.
