It is either a short squeeze or the market has wind of some from of news in the making, at the moment they are asking large premiums for very small buy orders (£2000k/£3000k) I think a material re-rate is on the cards here.

Basically the £2.5m m/cap is far too low .

Very little stock on offer over recent days, also very large premiums being asked for even modest size.

Does make you wonder if there is a short position out there that may be struggling to close, if this attracted more volume the share price could really motor.

After the CLN raise (converts at 10p) the £2m m/cap looks too low.

The shorters seem desperate today and no wonder after the upbeat Trading Update.

Nothing available online currently, first time for a while, in the past this has been a precursor for a decent share price move.

The CEO's comments are very upbeat....

Todays update beat market expectations, EBITDA was £400k, verses the anticipated £200k, cash position £4.9m, broadly in line, margins were up to 65% (up around 4 basis points)

It is clear they are not chasing sales by discounting, their move into new markets should deliver increasing sales into the new FY, recent industry awards will increase their exposure.

The stock is a buy at current levels, no wonder the market makers have cut off online buying today.

No interest in Swag, his fault if you buy in at 40p/50p/60p+ at the height of the COVID boom in the share price rocket here and then lose heavily through greed by not taking profit at the highs of £1

This individual has deliberately bashed the company daily for 3 years at a time when the company has changed significantly, the basher said they would lose the DHSS claim, they did not, he suggested the company would produce poor FY results, they did not, in fact they exceeded market expectations, suggested the cash position would be worse than anticipated, it was not, the list goes on.

It is a trait that individuals that lose heavily, probably been financially wiped out, have no option left but to come on the bulletin boards and bash the company, the bashing is not professional nor with any reason it is just an act of bitter vengeance with no consideration for existing or prospective investors.

Plain fact is anyone who bought the lows here are sitting on a tidy profit even now, if the upcoming trading update is upbeat the shares will hit new highs, it can only be a matter of time before a re-rate occurs, the current valuation is farcical, Cavendish have re-iterated their valuation for CNSL at £25m verses the current circa £7m

The Trading Update was delayed awaiting the court result, if you look at historic share price moves they always come ahead and after the trading update, the last media was at the Interim stage and they said the 2nd half was expected to be strong so I expect to see momentum build.

Currently, as usual, the market makers are making it exceptionally hard for buyers, online is 'at best' and has been since those early buys.

The relatively new CEO has implied that he will let the operational performance do the talking when he was questioned on the lowly market value, the time for words (and the nonsense from the bashers 'at work' here) will soon be over.

I predict a upbeat commentary + the forward statement will be the interesting aspect to return shareholder value, currently the company sells on an EV of near zero which is ludicrous.

This has not turned out as expected simply because QvB failed to come up with the cash, if you remember his fund was looking to secure a $500m loan facility, there was much fanfare including a Stockbox interview when he clearly stated that all acquisitions would be through cash and there would be no equity dilution, SKA shares rose to 15p as investors piled in under what appeared to be a new team with an avalanche of cash behind them.

I have no understanding of QvB, he seemingly continues to struggle to find just £2m so SKA can convert that Loan Note, the situation has been 'saved' by Brewer who stepped in and provided a £500k loan of which they talk about in today's RNS. I think it is safe to say QvB is no longer in the equation re funding but still remains a major shareholder and Chairman.

Brewer has communicated with a few individuals it seems, he will support SKA as he is also a major shareholder, he has also said in a tweet today that he is prepared to pump in even more cash if necessary.

Now for the good part, Richard Llyod stated at yesterdays JSE open that the deal to secure Kabwe WILL CLOSE of the 11th June, in a previous interview he teased in as much as to say investors will need to wait to see if they have secured funding, combined that suggests the deal will finalize.

Management would look exceptionally stupid to promote Kabwe at the JSE event then only a few weeks later tell everyone the long stop date has to be extended again.

SKA stock is highly illiquid so one whiff of decent news will move the dial exceptionally quickly.

Can see this returning to the 8p to 10p range shortly, the convertible loan note financing was a game changer.

It is very clear the major shareholders will not allow 'the City' to destroy value by their usual shenanigans.

CGNR remains materially miss priced in the market.

At the close there were only £2000 shares on offer at 4p, the market makers continue to advertise a spread of 3p bid 4p offer, I cannot recall CGNR ever having a spread as wide as this, it is clear they are trying to deter buyers.

Shorts like to target illiquid low trading volume companies with small market caps, the reason being they can knock a price down disproportionally by attempting to destabilise holders (via BB bashing) into selling and/or they can naked short (sell stock they do not own) This IMO is what has happened here over the last 3 to 4 months, a placing was widely expected, that would have allowed short closure. It has not happened and the message is clear they will not dilute at current levels.

So as it stands CGNR is miss priced in the market, by a material amount, good luck trying to get any shares, best bet if anyone is looking to acquire is to place a limit order, remember market size is 30,000 shares so they have to supply stock at advertised offer for that amount.

If I was to reply in detail to your post you would really not like it so I will keep it simple.

What I will say, and repeat, the share price was 4p around 11 years back, it was 2p when Marcus Engelbrecht was appointed in 2016, it was 1p in 2018 when Livesey was appointed, and now .20p under Rosser. The share count has gone from circa 400m to nearly 4b in 10 years.

This 'management' took the decision (clearly with no understanding of reputational damage or consequences) to dance with the devil (Lanstead) by giving away ONE BILLION shares for a pathetic circa £1.5m over two years, they even knew a deal with BCM was upcoming but still decided on a 24 month death spiral nonetheless.

As a result of the aforementioned decision they vandalised the market value of the company post the BCM deal by at least £4m/£5m. NO thinly traded AIM listed outfit can absorb a 1 billion share dump over 2 years, no wonder the stock price has plummeted.

The reason they had a gutter share price ahead of Lanstead is due to their total failure to deliver one ounce of shareholder value in a decade yet still feel it appropriate to pay themselves a LARGE premium in renumeration, in fact of circa £1.5m raised via Lanstead (at shareholder cost) £1m will have gone in salaries.

No corporate PR outfit is worth their salt, they would have been better buddying up with an outfit linked to private investors (Mining Maven was a historic example) as some of them would have bought the story.

The problem is they simply do not listen, have no interest in listening and never ever will.

Lanstead will soon be gone and hopefully retail will buy in ahead for a material re-rate, in the meantime they need to keep the news coming to absorb their selling.

It appears they have just 50,000 left around 4p and then it moves again, still not happy to sell many at these levels, the wide spread is designed to deter.

Could we see a good old fashioned bear squeeze soon, looks like certain entities are the wrong side of the trade, if so what is their size, 250k/500k/750k of shares to buy back ?

This morning the market makers continue to deter buyers with a wide spread - just £4k of shares on offer at 4p then they are asking a premium once again.

I still take the view the CLN (10p conversion) funding caught the shorts out, there may still be a position open that has to close, the bullish view of the major shareholders has to be taken into consideration verses the current circa £2m m/cap.

The stock remains a buy IMO, I took some more yesterday, this could easily return to 8p/12p quickly if modest demand (or news) comes.

Excellent gold drilling results today with another 8 holes to report over the coming weeks.

Cannot see this remaining a £1.5m m/cap company for long.

No wonder there has been director buying over recent times.

I think they will gradually move it back up, today they kept the spread wide (to deter buyers) a premium was being asked for just £1,500 worth as well, tells you all you need to know.

Most longs are in well above 10p a share so there should not be much selling on the way up either.

The new CLN priced to convert at 10p was the green light to buy, it is clear the major shareholders (5 own nearly 40%) will not accept equity dilution at anywhere near current level, tough for the shorts.

Any whiff of a JV or any other corporate action and you are looking at 20p+

The market makers clearly do not want buyers at current levels, it has been 'at best' only all day on most platforms, IG are asking 3.9p for just 50,000 shares, a premium.

I think there may be a short position sitting out there, certain entities may have expected a placing to close out however management have gone down the CLN route with a 10p exercise price instead.

The shrewd are buyers, good luck trying to get any !

The market has deeply oversold EME, there should be a strong recovery here, the value of their Mako interest remains which is significant, current market cap is a mere £1.4m.

EME has raised £2m this year.

Covered today with .31p near term target price.
