Very hopeful the exceptional rises in the gold price will start to stimulate the juniors, it is way past time the minnows had their day, ORR has always been a favourite retail investor stock, hopefully the bombed out share price will attract new investors, as we all know, it does not take much to move the share price by way of volume.

Despite the rise there is very little stock on offer, something is brewing, the CEO seemed very upbeat in that recent podcast.

Folks seem to forget this was trading in a range of 4p-6p circa 18 months ago, the share price has fallen due to woeful market conditions and on very low volume. The company has come a long way since and in a very positive way.

With so few shares in issue (just 250m) the shares move disproportionally on modest volume.

Still only £5m m/cap for a world class graphite project !

Buying has been relentless over the last few days, someone has just cleared out the last auction taking 446,927 shares near full offer.

If they secure the SPS then I can see this surging in value, the current circa £4m m/cap is a total anomaly, no wonder Berenberg suggests a valuation of £25m to £50m would be more appropriate.

Plenty of news coming, the CEO looks upbeat in this recent commentary released today....

As I suspected we are starting to see some larger buys coming in, that will move the dial, someone picked up 10.5m shares earlier, a few more of those and the share price will move significantly, already it is not so easy to buy size.

One thing observing these small caps is the market makers never want to sell many shares around depressed levels, the reason being is the drop (in ORR's case from .45p range) has been on exceptionally low volume.

Interesting times !

Only a matter of short time before the market realises the potential here, a new gold frontier/destination in Cameroon appears to be developing which will surely attract the mid caps or majors.

The shares will become increasing hard to acquire which means the fall from the .40p/.50p's will steadily be recovered.

Now up to the BOD to get the message out and attract new investors into this once very poplar stock.

What I have noticed over recent times is as soon as a few meaningful buys come in the market makers almost instantly cut off online quotes, it seems they are very reluctant to sell sizable chunks of stock at current levels probably due to a lack of liquidity, namely, they are short of stock.

There has to be something driving the share price higher, almost certainly some deal or corporate event is being worked, AIM is as leaky as a sieve so it does not take much working out as to who the active buyers may be coming from.

News is well overdue !

Once again nothing available online at advertised offer price, there appears to be a buyer(s) in the market for any stock that is available for quite a while now.

This looks poised for a move into a new trading range.

Looks like ORR has been attracting some positive comment on the other site, the shares are heavily oversold and sentiment change can do a great deal to the share price.

I would not be surprised to see some steady buying here over the next week or so, the bottom is in and the average price last year was in the mid .30p's remember.

When the shares were trading at .50p+ last January they were clearly overbought and toppy, the absolute reverse to that scenario is now !

I am not surprised to see this rebound, I think the low was .14p last week where there was strong chart support, at the same time the RSI was sitting near a 3 year low, the stock is heavily oversold from the high point of .57p reached in January last year and the average price of .38p maintained for most of 2024.

Investors will look beyond the Sharing Agreement which thankfully ends in August, as per my earlier post I see no need for any ORR placing this year and potentially well into 2026.

As a result of the above + imminent and ongoing news-flow I can see the share price recovering strongly, you may even start to see some 5m+ buys as the herd (after all this was a retail favourite not so long ago) take positions.

A good time to add or buy in IMO.

The CEO seems very confident GROC will secure Strategic Project Status, if so the shares will fly higher, possibly by multiples of current levels.

News is not far off, for those wanting in the window is closing fast.

Folks were happy to pay 1.8p last week and the shares looked like they wanted to go higher still and then came the market turmoil, however with so much news due one suspects the price will shortly return to those levels and well above.

The market has manipulated investors into thinking these ultra low market caps are a norm however the share price declines that has delivered them have been on exceptionally low volume.

GROC should be valued at multiples of the current £4m as per the Berenberg note offering a £25m valuation now, with the potential to double again.

That in share price terms is 10p or 20p respectively !

I have looked at the accounts, heard the recent podcast, can confidently state there is no need for an equity raise this year and it looks very likely that may even extend well into 2026 given they will sell the Muratdere royalty and/or receive further cash from BCM due to a JORC target being met.

Anyone short here (most likely brokers/market makers) could deeply regret it, the company needs to understand those who are supposed to be your friends in the City are the most likely to be shafting your share price by forward selling your stock (often naked shorting).

My bet is the share price is near bottom, there is strong chart support at current levels and the RSI is circa at a 2 year low.

With Lanstead out of the equation in August those remaining 190m shares they hold, being lower in price, are more cheaply available to the retail investor and can be easily absorbed therefore.

We are very close to a inflection point IMO.

The share price is already recovering, you cannot ignore the fact that news is imminent on the EU Strategic Project Status awards, GROC seem pretty confident they will be a winner, the CEO was posting on Linkedin is a upbeat tone a week or so back, no doubt why folks were happy to pay 1.8p last week for the shares.

The current price is a great entry point, assuming you can get any !

You can bet your proverbial's they will not allow many buyers in around current levels once the over leveraged sellers have closed out.

A great time to top up or buy in ahead of potentially company changing imminent news.

Very hard to buy online once again, the share price is creeping up, post consolidation it was .60p and since then pretty good news has been delivered, the drop from that level was on quite low volume, it will not take much to move the dial again.

The naysayers have already missed a 2 bag opportunity, could there be another bag, from current levels, to come ?

News could come out at any time concerning EU Strategic Project Status, it does look like GROC are in a very good place for securing this company changing award. The increased trading volume is possibly due to a leak and/or the recent Berenberg 10p+ target price (values GROC at £25m) shows how distinctly undervalued the company is with its somewhat pathetic £4m m/cap.

The shares traded at 4p last year, even at that level GROC would only be valued at £10m !

No wonder folks are piling in.
