Someone mentioned Martin Rosser ORR CEO, I have never met the chap, he seems like a decent fellow however I note that from the introductory RNS he was CEO of Alexander Mining for 14 years, appointed in 2005 when the share price was around 30p, towards the end of his tenure the share price was under 1p (in fact .15p), they raised funds in February 2017, he was 'delighted' to raise at .15p

Commenting on the Placing, Martin Rosser, CEO of Alexander, said "We are delighted to have secured this investment support from TPI's clients" (Turner Pope) I also note that from historic RNS's re AXM he was none too afraid to sanction heavily discounted placings across his tenure. So it appears over a period of 14 years the share price of Alexander fell from 30p to .15p.

So why is this historic affair relevant to ORR, well what can you say, a CEO is a very important appointment, does this instill shareholders with confidence, does the CFO, who was surely instrumental in the Lanstead deal, fulfill you with enthusiasm?

One would hope the saviour will be Eileen Carr who has some significant personal cash invested and yes it is about time the share price decline reversed, with all their supposed contacts why have they not found a HNW investor or boutique fund to take the slack ?

Has to be the most positive RNS in the last 12 months, exceptionally high grades found and near surface + an unexpected plethora of Critical Minerals.

· High grade Zn encountered across all surface collected samples

· Certain samples exceeded testing limits of 30% Zn, sent to Canada for further analysis

· Other Critical Minerals encountered, not previously incorporated in Kabwe studies

I seem to remember the bashers (who are here for their masters) suggested that last years trading update would be bad, however, on the contrary. CNSL delivered a robust statement, see below, that drove the share price from current levels to 4.4p in quick time, beware short positions, you could lose all your gains in one day.

The Group expects to report revenue growth for the year ending 31 March 2024 ahead of current market expectations

Revenue expected to be £9.8m (2023: £7.5m) representing 30% growth.

· Gross profit margin of c.62% (2023: 47%)

· Gross profit to exceed £6.0m (2023: £3.5m) representing c.70% growth.

· Adjusted EBITDA1 expected to be positive (2023: loss of £2.0m).

· Free cash flow positive (2023: negative) with a net cash balance of £5.4m (2023: £5.1m).

Novacyt plead guilty to HSE so no concerns for CNSL, should get a RNS later or tomorrow.

I do not know what you mean my 'recent market activity' but as far as I am concerned the share price fall has been relentless, in fact the chart is truly woeful, resembles a ski slope, in October the share price was .39p, it is now a miserable .19p, a 50% loss.

There is no sign there are institutional or HNW retail absorbing the selling or the price would not have collapsed in such a way. I still totally despair over Lanstead, who are happily selling 1.5m to 2m a day. I have no faith in the CFO who clearly had no idea how despised these sharks are viewed by the market, soon after the deal was announced a well healed fellow, who has supported the company historically, vented his anger to his significant social media following, that in itself drove prospective investors away infinitum.

As others have pointed out, the next 'concern' is what happens after Lanstead to fund their over generous salaries & G&A costs, I suspect the BOD have no clue, they are probably hoping the share price will recover, but it will need something monumental to do so.

Am I happy, far from it, I am mindful to attend the AGM, they have not delivered one ounce of shareholder value since Livesey was appointed in 2018, the only benefactors from this outfit, as ever, are the directors.

It looks like the mineralisation is spread widely which has to be a good sign, the grades are more than acceptable also.

In all a good RNS update + the resource upgrade to come.

It clearly shows that Cameroon is a new gold destination, as mentioned in a previous post I find it hard to believe ORR is not on the radar of a large/mid cap given their first mover advantage and large licence area in country.

The problem for everyone is that a potential company changing event could come today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year or never.

The fact Bell has been in the DRC so many times would clearly suggest progress is being made in some way or another. Ask, who in their right mind would want to go into the DRC during such dangerous times unless the reward was staggering.

Can an AIM stock like RRR move from .0375p to 1p, answer is yes, it happens, will it happen, maybe or maybe not.

I think it is fair to say the QvB has been a massive disappointment post his investment into SKA, he came onboard all guns a blazing, a billionaire yet seemingly his brokerage cannot find £2m to fund SKA via a CLN, the early interviews suggested there would be no dilution, everything being acquired via cash, here we are having to recently pay off former directors in shares, the last deal being completed majorly paid in shares (assuming it does finalise).

It appears that Brewer is now focussed on Marula and Neo with just the odd comment on Shuka, yes he has significant skin in the game here but must be exceptionally disappointed by QvB to deliver funding as implied, he cannot say that openly of course.

The new CEO is a geologist, he is also working for the other companies in the Brewer stable, he needs to keep banging the drum here as a bare minimum.

Talk of 15p+ (yes I was one) has long gone unless something leftfield occurs, the share price was trashed by QvB's inability to find the £2m, he has gone quiet on social media, the hype of those early Stockbox interviews a thing of the past and pure fantasy in hindsight.

Brewer has suggested he will not allow his investment in SKA to go down the pan (he is in at 5p for circa £500k) plus he has loaned the company another £500k, I suppose that is some comfort for retail shareholders.

So far SKA has been a massive disappointment.

The modus operandi of this outfit has always been slow, let's face it it suits them, the BOD have been taking out £450k pa for years on end, in reality shareholders have seen no return on their investment, only losses, the share price sat around 1p when Tim Livesey was appointed back in 2018, it has never been anywhere near that price on a sustainable basis since.

The share count has gone from circa 500m when Livesey was appointed to 3.8 billion now, material dilution indeed.

There has been a lot of comment about the business models of the juniors, namely many have large swathes of licences but no cash to explore, at ORR they have attracted a partner in BCM however there has been pitiful progress elsewhere and shareholders deserve a liquidity event.

I find it incredible that not one major or mid cap is interested in the prospect of a new gold frontier in Cameroon, they MUST BE, ORR management seem to have no intention of delivering a exit plan because it would kill the goose that lays the golden egg (those salaries)

If anyone watches Dragons Den it is often asked of business owners what their exit plan is, if those owners cannot provide a credible answer they do not get any cash.

The events at Chesser Resources show that a minnow can give their shareholders a wonderful investment return (takeover by Silver Corp) this was attained in a very short space of time, at ORR does anyone really think management concern themselves over such an event, I think not.

Pressure needs putting on this BOD than ever before, it is no longer acceptable to keep the dilution gravy train running infinitum, it has to stop, new deals are required on the remaining licences in Cameroon, a disposal or other value event in Senegal and monetising the legacy asset Muratdere.

I am not is deep as some here from an investment perspective however I do know this outfit well, months ago I suggested I saw the signs of the old brigade re-appearing and nothing has changed my mind on that, so folks keep the pressure on them !

As I suspected the process in the DRC is more that just securing the cash, it is clearly linked to a JV deal as Bell let that slip out yesterday, possibly with the Government, Bell stated in one of his rambles that someone near to events stated that this deal was worth considerably more than the $10m cash settlement.

As ever nothing is clear cut with RRR and one lives in eternal hope, for once, Bell can actually deliver on something.

Until such a time an RNS is delivered it is all just noise and speculation.

I wonder, deep down, what JB thinks of QvB given his fund has failed to secure the $500m for mineral projects and he has also failed to deliver the £2m CLN to SKA which was initially responsible for the share price collapse to current levels from 8p/9p level.

JB has provided a £500k interest free loan to SKA, I noticed that the new CEO let slip that the may have secured new finance to propel SKA moving forward, it is way past time this company started to deliver, hopefully news sooner than later, the low float means that anything positive will move the SP disproportionally.

It does look like EME is attracting the punters again, volume yesterday was the highest for a while, the shares hit .17p recently but suggestions of a share price circa .75p to 2p if the Wilson prospect is a success means that prospective upside here is more than dynamic.

From a technical perspective the RSI has moved from overbought to neutral, plenty of upside potential therefore, next few sessions could be very interesting.

The results today were very positive, it does seem, for certain, there is an economic sizable resource at Mbe, so far the market has not latched on !

Remember the BOD have always been ultra conservative with their commentaries, when it is suggested there will be a significant mineral resource estimate announced later this year they mean it.

I do wonder if spread betting and contract for difference trading was abolished how many bashers across all the bulletin boards would disappear, I suspect most of them.

One thing I know for certain, as soon as anyone suggests a said stock is being shorted all the bashers gang up suggesting they are not shorting, or you cannot short this or that stock, or there is no declared short on various websites and so on.

Take it as given shorting occurs even on the tiniest minnow on AIM, how does one know you may ask, well if you know the persons with a reputation for going short on these companies you only have to follow their online footprint as they will often admit it, even naming the company, even how they do it.

It is a fact (IMO) that CNSL has and still is being 'played' by certain short operators, the signs are obvious, a spread-bet company has a large position, they can loan the shares for a fee to short positions, these individuals can profit enormously by placing bets on per point drop, some as much as £1000 a point. A 1p drop in the share price is 100 points or £100,000 gross profit or circa £80,000 net after fees etc, not bad is it.

When CNSL settled with the Gov both the spread bet company and a market maker closed their positions one week before news, the AIM market is so corrupt, everyone knows news leaks, what happens next is obvious.

We also have ongoing well timed small scale 'sells' hitting the bid, often the value is only £200/£300 however these sells create an 'atmosphere' putting off prospective buyers and weakening sentiment and of course eventually the share price.

The one thing the short players dread is volume working against them, that is why they 'patrol' the bulletin boards 24/7, sometimes they can get caught out, when that happens it really does hurt as short losses can be unlimited.

Anyway we will see at CNSL, basically if the company performs as it says it will the share price will take care of itself, we also know that every bashing story has been wrong and there have been plenty of those stories, I would prefer to believe the company thank you, they say the 2nd half performance will be good BTW.
