Share price fall today was totally unjustified, the stock is materially oversold from a technical perspective also. No wonder buyers are hitting the offer.

I bet whatever you like the placing went to those close to the company, rare to get an oversubscribed placing away these days, clearly the entities know what is coming and the value creation ahead, no wonder there are so many retail investors buying in the market around current levels, anything below 2p is bargain basement IMO.

Now they are funded and dilution worries over the share price could appreciate nicely, with the right news this could easily hit 4p/5p+ , even then would only be valued £10m/£12m.

Buy the lows and profit IMO.

It is clear entities wanted GROC shares via the placing, no wonder, the next news could be company changing, namely debt/grant funding secured via either a Gov agency or a major bank, add to the mix the potential offtake partner being a motor company, still betting a tie up with General Motors is entirely possible.

I doubt the share price will be this low in a few weeks/months time !

Looks very oversold to me, again folks need to understand the grades in region are not as spectacular as they are in other jurisdictions however that does not stop majors building some of the largest gold mines nearby in Tanzania, Mali, etc etc.

£1m m/cap is bordering on farcical, the current BOD should be ashamed, I recall the late Prof being furious the share price was 'only' 20p in an interview not so many moons back.

However this was from a recent RNS....

Hard to believe the share price has dropped to these levels, the entire company only valued at £1m, the stake in Karelian is worth £600k alone, the interesting aspect of the share price fall has been the very low volume and small trade size, all major shareholders (own around 40%) remain on-board and have paid an awful lot more for their holdings.

Not sure anything sinister is going on other than market apathy.

If this bounces it will be hard, investing now is option money and could return a stunning reward.

Very little stock on offer currently, does make you wonder what is going on behind the scenes.

The market is forward looking, given the recent interest free loan from Prelea and the potential of Tajikistan it does make you wonder if something leftfield is going to occur, the run to .18p the other day was on high volume.

Not for widows or orphans but VAST share price moves disproportionally on the upside historically, one whiff of news or speculation and it will happen again for certain.

All of a sudden it is not so easy to buy ORR online, the Pro-quote system is used by most retail brokers (including HSBC) since this morning no fixed price buy quote has been available.

For what it is worth that may indicate there is a background buyer wanting a decent chunk of stock at a fixed price.

Interesting RNS today, looks like the potential for relatively early revenue is not that far away + we know there is a stack of news imminent.

From a technical perspective the tide seems to have turned, the shares were trading at 40p in October and were happily trading in a range of .30p to .40p for most of Q3 and into Q4, there is a lot of upside potential currently from these basement levels.

This kind of news is exactly what is needed to deliver volume, as the volume comes in the shares attract interest, it is a snowball effect. The price rises !

One does wonder if they have managed to extract value (from Grangesberg) or found a partner to team up with re PM, what is plainly obvious is they cannot fund Parys Mountian via equity, I would also suggest the larger shareholders here will not accept further dilution at penal rates to pay salaries and G&A etc.

Maybe just maybe AYM will surprise, there ahs been some steady buying over recent sessions.

As I mentioned the last update could have been worthy of 4 RNS statements and accompanying media interviews, they decided to clump all these into one RNS which was a mistake.

The BOD seem to have no idea how AIM works, regular news is essential, this creates trading volume and interest, this is even more necessary with a loan shark sitting in the background who will sell 40m/50m shares a month, those shares could easily be swallowed up with increased retail investor interest.

It is rather interesting that some of the better exploration companies have former retail investors on the BOD who know the games that occur re brokers etc.

Nonetheless the past is the past, hopefully they learn, as other have pointed out the main play here is upcoming news which could be very material for shareholders, for those of us who are familiar with events simply buy the base and await the herd that will eventually arrive once that news is delivered.

Online buy quotes unavailable currently, looks like 'the market' knows something positive is about to occur - current m/cap is only £3.75m.

The images you have found of artisanal miners are reminiscent of a early proceedings which ultimately lead to a major gold discovery, if you zoom in carefully you can clearly vehicles and outbuildings (shacks) + the pits appear to be spread far and wide, I would suggest the artisan miners are well organised.

I would imagine ORR have to keep a low profile but internally must be very excited, if readers recall the former CEO described Cameroon as the next Tanzania by way of gold scale, that is a very forceful statement.

As investors all one can do is buy when it is quiet and build positions, I also fully believe, moving forward, that ORR can avoid further equity dilution by securing new JV's, the sale of the Muratdere royalty (could fetch £1.5m+) and there is a real possibility of a JORC in excess of 1m oz to bring in $1m from BCM.

The ultimate goal will be to sell lock stock and barrel or find a partner with production expertise who will do all the paying, it is essential ORR do not go down the route Goldstone did by becoming debt laden and losing material shareholder value as a result. I am sure that will not happen.

I think next week we could see a nice rise in the SP.

The share price has slipped on very low volume but as we know the price can equally move back up in the same fashion.

It seems to me that both RRR & the former partner have settled their dispute and now want payment it also appears that the money is held in escrow, according to Bell all concerned want to finalise affairs (this includes the arbitrator and Gov officers) - Good news !

The matter now appears to be finding a route to get the cash out of the country into RRR's bank account, Bell has mentioned discussions with banks on two occasions, quite rightly the money needs to come in it's entirety and without risk, again he has hinted on this via X and interviews.

It may be as a gesture of goodwill 10%/20% of the cash will be kept in the DRC for the touted new project (which according to Bell has value way beyond £10m) we will see.

As ever with Bell & RRR nothing can be taken for granted however I still believe that settlement is very close, remember Bell said it only takes 1 day and all can change instantly.

Minnows like RRR & others stock price can move quickly, recently VAST hit .07p but are now trading at .14p, the market cap of these tiddlers is so tiny it only takes a modicum of news or change in sentiment to delver large % gains.

One lives in constant hope !

So here I am still in the Congo.... as expected. The signal the last couple of days has been sporadically poor so I have not been able to update and communicate as I would have liked. I know that now we are so close to a result there will be people who are watching tea leaves and interpreting any word as if it were the order in which the Politburo stood on Lenin's tomb on May Day. But the truth is quite prosaic......

We have followed a consistent line in the guidance we have given and it is only if the kaleidoscope shakes and some new pattern emerges that we would feel bound to say anything. Therefore the assumption should be - can be - one of continuity and consistency. Now we had the first meeting in relation to the arbitration for 29.5 months the day before yesterday - it was meant to be in the morning but was in the afternoon. Several parties involved and quite a number of individual steps that need to be taken and some people are a bit rusty on how had progressed. So follow up meetings and side meetings necessary because after all there are two matters here - one, the award, and the other the payment mechanisms, and the second is from our point of view extremely important. All I can say is that we are on track and our team has been performing and we remain confident that we will be able to keep you abreast of progress in the way that you would hope for. It's a process, and now I have to pay a visit to the bank and then have another in relation to the financial structure...... so that's my morning. And goodness, the week is almost over.
