For someone that wants to know a great deal about posters share positions perhaps you can share your thoughts as to when this outfit are ever going to deliver some meaningful shareholder value.

Just to assist, the share price was a steady 4p over decade ago, it was 2p back in 2016 when Engelbrecht was appointed CEO, it was 1p in 2018 when Livesey was appointed and now .20p under Rosser. They are all doing a great job nonetheless !

Is the company undervalued YES, however, they need to deliver more than words, the consensus here and shareholders in general is of extreme frustration.

The countdown clock is ticking down to potentially company changing news, the recent media commentary is exceptionally upbeat from a usually very conservative CEO.

You have to be in it to win here, if they secure Strategic Project Status the share price will take off, if you are out at the time there will be no way to get in, the company is still valued at peanuts.

Once again in my considered opinion the BOD have failed to understand how the market works, the presentation should have been followed by news updates, in fact a plethora of news-flow should have ensued.

It is no good saying that they deem the company materially undervalued unless they can prove it by delivering news-flow that will allow the market (basically retail investors) to get stimulated into buying the equity. They must know when news is due so why not promote the podcast in advance and then offer a date when they could deliver updates soon after?

In respect of the presentation there are areas in their commentary where I strongly disagree, the hard questions were asked for a reason, the responses were as expected, namely protecting their positions and justifying their salaries, it is sheer folly to suggest other juniors are not cutting back on costs for example.

Anyway what will be will be, get that news out BOD and, for once, deliver some meaningful and sustainable shareholder value, something they have not achieved for close to a decade.

Lots of rumours swirling around VAST concerning how much the diamond parcel is worth HOWEVER earlier there was strong buying once again, do some know more than others, those diamonds are now in the hands of experts who will already know their prospective worth, could the numbers exceed expectations ??

If anyone read the prospectus which is well beyond normal pages you will see that this mining operation has never ever made any money, on the contrary it has leached money from investors for years on end, the seed capital shareholders on the last listing operation were in at peanuts compared to the listing price, you can bet they sold their hundreds of millions of shares in droves and ran a mile with the excessive profits.

So now multi company CEO, advisor, Non Exec, PR promoter etc, JB has joined the BOD again, well just look at the history of share prices of the companies this individual is involved with (includes multiple past/current suspensions) of NEO (suspended) SKA (share price crashed) MARU (disgruntled investors/multiple large sellers, formally suspended) UMR (share price all time low) It does not make great reading does it.

It was interesting listening to the CEO of VAST after they had finally secured the diamond package, he said the best bet to secure the parcel was for the company to go into radio silence as every time they mentioned the diamonds it delayed the process for many months due to unwanted speculation in the media + shareholders pressuring the authorities via emails etc.

I do wonder if this is the reason Bell has gone quiet, I have no understanding of the procedure involved in the DRC but there are clear similarities to the situation at VAST, very few believed the diamonds existed let alone VAST would every recover them, same applies here of course.

Despite losses here it is pleasing that recent profits from VAST and another tiddler that recently doubled, both in the face of incessant bashing on the boards, means one has have recovered the RRR losses, it shows the benefit of having a portfolio of these tiddlers.

Clearly news is overdue at RRR but who knows, could Bell actually deliver something for once, one thing, certain individuals are supporting RRR financially currently, maybe they know something !

The drop is an opportunity, very little stock left sub 3p currently, with EU SPS then you are almost certainly looking at 5p/6p+, there are so many possible avenues for value creation here.

The CEO seems exceptionally confident so make of that what you will, the stock IPO'ed at 10p a share remember.

Having listened to the interview it is apparent that VAST believe the diamonds will fetch enough to pay off all debt and leave what appears to be a significant excess to finance the company moving forward.

This has to be good news, whilst the share price has had a good uplift I feel the market still doe not fully recognise the true value of the diamond parcel release, a share price of 1p would value VAST at £25m, that is not demanding given recent news, I also believe they may consider selling a project which adds to the investment proposition at current levels.

In others words I believe the current share price is a good entry point.

Been looking at this and the reason for the fall, clearly 17p warrant holders converting and some selling for profit, a quick tot up suggests there are 7m to 8m left to convert before 10th May.

Great news for shareholders, still only a £13m m/cap !

There were suggestions the parcel could be worth £10m/£15m if I recall correctly, nonetheless the value will offer a significant cash injection into VAST at a time when operational activity is improving across the board and commodity prices at record highs.

The re-rate has some way to go, the shares were .60p at consolidation last year and that was before the diamond news !

You can sense they want to move it higher but there are no buyers currently, this is why news-flow is so necessary, in the meantime it's a few retail investors verses the wretched Lanstead 2m a day sells to contend with.

One can only assume the High Net Worth investors that the CEO referred to are stealthily building sub 3% positions, it would be nice to start to see some TR1 disclosures, something this company has failed to attract for a very long time now, maybe that will eventually happen.

All one can do it let the news arrive and with it volume that will start a long overdue re-rate. It is now up to the BOD to prove how undervalued this company is.

A great report released today, no wonder the share price is flying, so much news due to drive a material re-rate, no wonder stock is now very hard to acquire at current levels.

It is very quiet here however it was interesting to note that it has been nigh impossible to buy in any meaningful size today, towards the close they were asking a premium for just £1k of shares, anyone wanting 300,000+ shares were being quoted 1.5p against the 1.2p advertised offer price.

When the market is asking a large premium for small trades that is usually a very good sign.

I suspect many holders still have averages above 1p so selling pressure may minimise once the .20p/.30p traders have exited.

At 1p VAST would be valued at £26m, that is very attainable given the projects on the book, get just one of those working and who knows where the re-rate will extend too.

Looks like a deal is being worked or close to being announced, the current m/cap is still just £10m, an asset sale could dwarf that by multiples for example.
