They need to deliver some shareholder value plain and simple, they are good with words, been hearing their words for a decade talking about this and that whilst the share price has slumped from 4p to .20p and the share count gone from 476m to 3.8 billion.
If they believe they are undervalued then deliver, deliver a deal, deliver a value event, fancy presentations and waffle do not cut it, they are taking £500,000 out annually in salary, way above the norm for a minnow, I have no doubt it is a lifestyle company, however, it is possible for your Joe Bloggs retail investor to make a return if the entry point is right, currently I believe it is now.
Their decision to go down the death spiral route has exhausted the shareholders, 1 billion shares given away for a miserable £1.6m spread over 2 years, the whole lot being sold over 24 months, every day the long suffering shareholders watching the loan shark dump. Woe betide them if they even think about any fundraises for at least 12 months from now, get out and say it BOD !!
Do I want the share price higher, you bet, but each and every time they promote it fizzles out and dies a death, with Lanstead exiting now is the time for them to put their words into actions, news, news and more news is required to excite the market plain and simple.
I will be watching !!!
