As the Lanstead exit draws closer the market will be increasingly reluctant to sell shares in the the current trading range of .18p to .24p. It is becoming hard to buy decent size today for example.

Online buy limits are significantly lower than normal over recent sessions with a number of retail brokers 'at best' on any size, that tells you all you need to know.

A return to the .30p's/.40p's is entirely possible very near term as the Lanstead dumping ends and new buyers appear in a relatively thin market. Technically a number of key indicators are bullish also.

Add to the mix a general ongoing re-rate of these sector minnows with many doubling (and more) over recent months.

The 'stuff across the road' has been reported to the company directly with screenshots provided. Yes for sure there are a number of multi alias accounts working the same board, a couple of posts, one after the other, are identical in format, by two separate handles, its obvious what is going on, switch and bait style.

The individual concerned has also made serious claims about PXC suggesting circa $40m has gone missing, based overseas the entity(s) may feel he/they are immune from penalties concerning market abuse however this is not always the case especially if he (they) are UK nationals.

Never ever trade based on posts made on bulletin boards, especially malicious ones, you can bet someone is benefitting financially from the circa 50% fall in the stock price, at some point these entities will go long and the share price will bounce, often these moves can be dynamic.

One of the dangers in releasing photos of this ilk is that to the non expert they ask more questions than give answers, I note straight away the bashers are out in force aiming to destroy shareholder value for their own financial gain.

Until firm news on the sale process is delivered it is a value guessing game, however, the company has already stated the value of the package is significant, potentially multiples of the current m/cap.

The shrewd will hold/buy, ignore the doomsters.

It will be interesting to see if the volume momentum continues to build, at the moment online buy limits are much reduced from historic levels, no doubt the fear of missing out on a decent re-rate may also stimulate increased demand.

ORR was previously a retail investors favourite, if the shares breakout from the current range the upside could be dramatic, the largest catalyst being Lanstead exiting shortly + ongoing news-flow which is expected.

Well for what it is worth I have been adding since the news yesterday, in my view there are a number of technical upside catalysts ahead notwithstanding the ongoing junior sector re-rate, nearly every day another sector junior makes a large percentage gain, just recently WSBN.

The key driver will be confidence restoration with the upcoming Lanstead exit, they are now almost certainly below 3%, as their holding drops investors will view ORR as miss priced to peers. If the company keeps delivering news, as I expect, a share price move could be disproportionate at some point.

I have also noticed that the market seems happy to accept ORR stock, for ever and an age the retail broker network that uses Proquote would not offer a fixed sell price in ORR, this has changed recently which I deem bullish, volume has increased over recent weeks also, a good sign.

The next month could be an interesting one !!

Looking back on the historical share price the stock has rarely traded under 10p and the 5 year average appears to be 22p.

A high of 46p was reached in early 2022.

I have a feeling material news is not that far away, there has been modest buying interest for the last couple of weeks, in a interview earlier this year the CEO said they hoped to secure a JV partner by year end and there had been a lot of activity in the Data Room. I still think a major is lined up, they need scale and a company with clout, that means a mid cap or even a major.

You have to be in it to win, current market cap is just 10% of what it was a few years ago, a great entry point IMO.

Anyone short needs to be careful, remember those recent loan notes convert at 10p a share, the company has just 'liked' a post on social media that mentions Barrick !

More positive news today along with even more social media activity, buying continues, albeit small, the stock is tightly held however so thinly traded is will move disproportionally.

Market cap of just £2.5m is farcical however.

Would not normally comment on posters on another board however one should be wary of believing the aforementioned individual, this person thrives on bashing companies, recently very active on Phoenix Copper, basically implying some $37m has vanished without a shred of evidence other than his own workings out.

I note he is now accusing Goldstone of a similar trait, it seems some shareholders are being taken in and are selling, this may prove seriously detrimental to their wealth.

If you read this individuals posting archive it is clear he bashes small companies, it appears he is also based overseas, in Thailand according to some reports, the Far East is notorious for spread betting, you can bet whatever you like someone is gaining from the fall in Goldstones stock price. It has also been suggested this individual has multiple bulletin board aliases.

Is he a paid basher, well he has all the traits of being one, it is not uncommon for 'entities' to bash illiquid juniors after all, readers must make their own minds up but bear in mind some of the most bashed stocks often make the largest percentage upside moves !!

Frankly the directors should be embarrassed by the current 4p share price, values Conroy at just £2m, I recall an interview with the Prof 3 to 4 years ago when he was furious with a 20p share price and said he was going to do something about it, I believe the price moved back into the 30p's shortly after.

The company has been exceptionally active on X over recent weeks, another post on Friday, it is way past time they delivered something, surely they must be closing in on securing a partner of substance, the large players are bulging with cash after all.

One thing if they announce a deal there is no way you will get in at current levels, you have to be in it to win, that win could be a big one !

Both Brewer and QvB have been taking a bashing on social media following the 3rd suspension of MARU for failure to post accounts on time, NEO remains suspended since January, QvB has now resigned from the board at NEO where he holds a significant stake.

I guess we are 'lucky' that SKA got it's accounts out on time and has secured funding. The company has appointed a credible CEO who is well known in London having many contacts in the mining space. He is also fully aware of the regulatory framework so the events at MARU and NEO should not happen here.

As we know SKA shares move quickly in a thin market, get the deal over the line and the market will reward holders with a re-rate.

No understanding as to why they have decided to extend these low price warrants, I do wonder if the BOD get fog in their heads at times, maybe the lure of a possible £380,000 in the coffers to keep the renumeration gravy train going perhaps !

In circa 8 weeks we get rid of Lanstead who have dumped 1 billion shares onto a illiquid market over 24 months but now another 152m .25p warrant shares could be exercised and sold at prices north of that number, in effect another overhang.

It is another kick in the teeth for the long suffering shareholders for sure.

I have to say that the company has significantly upped it's game on social media recently, they have been posting on X almost daily over the last few weeks.

I do wonder how close they are to securing that ever elusive JV partner ??

I think this sends a clear message that the consensus opinion is the BOD are not aligned to shareholders and they need to act accordingly.
