I have registered to gain access to the $hareprophets event on Saturday, as mentioned Bird will be presenting for Xtract and will again be getting interviewed by Winnifrith, this time, unlike the last event, it will be possible to ask questions to Bird however I am not sure if I will be around to do this - if anyone wants to pose any questions the event only costs £2.99 for access.

If anyone prefers to post questions here I may be able to put them to Bird on the day but I cannot guarantee this.

The share price remains in the doldrums, I am not sure if this is due to worries over a placing or the Aussie deal which resulted in the issuing of 100m shares, lack of meaningful news and delays has not helped matters of course.

As with everything associated with this company the placing/loan conversions are complicated.

In the main most of the cash will go to pay off debt, some will be cash payment to lenders but a vast majority will be converted into shares. There will be a several billion shares in issue once the re-financing is completed.

The settlement with Miles Pelham will give him another 900m shares (these will be non voting) but eventually they will be converted into 'normal' shares.

My bet is most of the stock will go to sticky holders but there could be a massive overhang so I suspect the share price post the placing will struggle to move up significantly.

Winnifrith's event is on Saturday and he claims every CEO will be in a designated chatroom for 2 hours to take questions from shareholders/investors - Colin is appearing and XTR will be taking part, one wonders if there will be a RNS before the weekend ahead of the online show.

In my view the lack of clarity on the funding is putting off the trader/investor types, what is clear that without volume the Shard funding can only drive the price lower, it has been suggested that the 3 x 7m tranches of shares could go to Shard clients but if so at what price and will those clients sell on any reasonable uptick in the share price?

One has to assume Shard will start selling when possible, thus explains the suggestion the price/volume is being monitored, I would not be surprised to see some market maker games shortly, you could see a drop in the SP to the low 5p's or even 4p's to get the volume moving to 'accommodate' the financing.

In my view it would have been better to have set a floor price on the funding, even a conventional placing may have been better.

Watching carefully.

Looks like the overhang cleared on Thursday, Jim Mellon buying and clarification that Randy Martin share sales were in fact a warrant dump as opposed to a stake reduction bodes well, I would not rule out Jim Mellon buying more shares at current levels either.

If toll mining is the preferred option then the share price will surge if some deal can be struck that will bring production close. It was interesting that Mark Child referred to the spike in the share price (to 60p) being due to the Mining Permit being granted for the America Open Pit, recent interviews suggest this seems to be his preferred route.

I think we could have another decent week ahead, no reason why the shares should not return to the 60p region sooner than later - one can never rule out a bid approach either.

Not convinced there is a material seller out there, it has been possible to sell decent lines of stock today which is a good sign.

Jim Mellon has been very supportive of Condor and clearly sees significant value at current levels, recent interviews from Mark Child suggest their preferred option is early toll mining, if that was confirmed then the share price would rocket IMO.

You cannot rule out more director purchases either. the company seems hideously undervalued both the peer groups in country but also comparisons quoted in Canada and AIM

Seems like you can buy a £1 for under 50p currently, its only a matter of time before more folk catch on and buy the shares.

Very positive, he would also know the situation regarding finalising land purchases and the toll mining option, CNR remains materially undervalued.

Entities bought nearly 500,000 share late yesterday afternoon, it does seem that someone may be in the know,
perhaps news is imminent.

Materially undervalued and one that has slipped under most folks radar for sure.

Dennan will raise cash at whatever price he can get it in at make no mistake, the accounts say they need to raise cash within 2 months, I would not even rule out another death spiral down the line, so long as management get their hideous salaries who cares about the shareholders.

These guys make you laugh, they suggest they have 'access to finance' but in reality they rely on bucket shop brokers and/or death spiral funders - come on Mr Dennan or Parsons, raise cash at a premium or bring in a big hitting investor !

One has to accept the fact that management credibility is shot to pieces here and it will take a long time (and possibly changes) before it is restored.

I fortunately viewed the Court documents on the Sunday they were posted here and bailed early Monday morning without a material loss. Since then management remuneration, namely bonus, has further tarnished the situation.

No wonder the shares are under pressure, like many AIM companies it is not possible to attend AGM's, in many cases this is working to directors advantage in as much they do not have to face their shareholders at a time when the shareholders want to face them !

Very few shares on offer this morning once again, something has turned the book, Bird will definitely discuss Xtract at next weeks $hareprophets event, more-so as Winnifrith has bought the shares, Winnifrith posted the other day he had started to record the interviews so it is entirely possible Bird has let a cat out of the bag probably inadvertently.

We all know a great deal of news is in the pipeline, I would suggest the shares are now likely to move back up in anticipation.

If Xtract has $500k in cash then that is far better than I expected, with gold at $1800 oz alluvial income is increasing daily.

Found this recent interview from Melbana concerning Cuba - something to pick the bones out of, so the AGM is on the 24th with a investor call planned for the same day.

I hope some news flows beforehand as next to nothing has happened since the last investor call and I darn well hope the next news is not another penal dilution.

Well volume is appearing late PM, is Bird about to deliver something meaningful?

The share price hit 1.65p on the 25th May and is now in the buy zone for the traders, RSI is down from overbought to neutral, Bird is also going to do another Tom Winnifrith presentation interview on Saturday 18th, it was his last piece that drove the re-rate to 1.65p.

Good morning Caveat

Good to hear that you spoke with Bird pretty recently, if they have $500k cash then that should be OK for now but the market is betting on a cash raise nonetheless. Most of the recent upside was due to the Tom Winnifrith promotion and the Bird podcast from the same outlet.

It is disappointing to see the share price fall back but, for me, the Aussie deal was not welcome, paid for by issuing 100m XTR shares - diluting existing holders right at a time share price momentum was building.

I think Bird is seeking another massive windfall like the one which made him his personal fortune, unfortunately for shareholders he gambles with our (and Galileo & Bezant shareholders) money on projects that may or may not win big.

Having been here an age and eternity I am happy to hold a while longer but it is galling to witness other juniors multi bag whilst we wait for the never ending Xtract story to unfold.

ORR are entering a news rich period, this is not a time to be out IMO, the share price is still near the bottom of the .30p-.60p trading range and could easily propel upwards fast.

The CEO has hinted news on asset sales and Iamgold, the M&A activity around ORR's licence in Senegal is very very positive, a recent deal values ORR's licence over $40m

Hold you hats folks I believe this is finally about to take off.

In the recent presentation they boast about being able to move into special situations at pace to take advantage and deliver value.

I have no idea what this means other than some form of enticement to buy the shares, the CEO (Dennan) has already lost £50k on paper as has Chris Oil - both took part in the 5p placing.

The Annual Report talks about funding being needed within 2 months, well fear not folks Mr Dennan is an expert in raising cash at ever lower share prices, blames 'market conditions' don't you know ! Never crosses the mind that woeful management may have something to do with it.
