It is such a pity one cannot attend these meetings as it provides the chance to meet other shareholders and get a 'feel' for the company 1st hand by speaking with the BOD. I attended the last 2 meetings.

I see Bird has been chatting to his chums at Novum and has raised at Bezant today and Galileo recently, the XTR book turned bearish late yesterday afternoon having been strong for the last 10 days or so.

Is he about to do what Bird does best ?

No evidence to suggest Parsons has upset any Australians, on the contrary in fact.

No-one seems to have commented about the strength of the cornerstone investor, Sinom Group, that now has a near 8% stake in Regency, they have been funding Resource Mining Corp (owners of the Wo-Wo Gap nickel project) for some considerable time. They look a financially strong outfit.

Could be a turning point in RGM fortunes, not reflected in the £1.7m m/cap so far at least.

The shares were heavily overbought when the share price hit 62p with the RSI at 82, the drop to 36p now puts the shares back into the buy zone, the RSI is now a neutral 50.

You will get turbulence when a share rises from high 20's to 60p in a matter of 7-10 trading days, that turbulence has now happened. Profit takers have sold and the shares are now likely to move up on modest buying interest once again in my view.

As previously mentioned, now is the time to buy back or add in my view, exactly what I have done, news is expected, the shares move fast !

Bought in today, expecting a technical bounce, the RSI hit a very overbought 84 on May 5th and is now oversold at 36 - share price down from 13p to 6.5p since.

Have traded this with success in the past, we will see if that happens again !

I have to say I am disappointed by the lack of progress being made here since Parsons was appointed, I was expecting far more, all the supposed high profile new BOD has delivered is dilution and a 50% drop in shareholder value, they cannot even raise the company value from a miserable £1.5m despite retaining a project that has had nearly £50m spent on it.

It does look like Parsons is afraid to come out and face investors since his much criticised role at Sound Energy, he is the supposed big hitter but we have heard diddly squat from him so far. same over at Regency Mines.

No doubt Dennan will think another placing at a ever lower share price is good business, like he did with the last one citing market conditions, the idea Andrew is to raise at higher levels not 50% lower each time. It is a reflection on the BOD's performance you know.

Quite amazing to think a few years ago this was valued at £40m but not a buyer in sight when it's valued sub £2m. A reflection of how bad the market views this company, something the new BOD has failed to address or understand.

There does appear to be more enthusiasm for RGM over recent sessions with volume in the stock picking up.

AIM is as leaky as heck, something going on in the background to justify I wonder ?

Buyers now can be assured there is no placing around the corner, CNR probably have £8m-£9m in cash.

The recent placing will soon be forgotten and the re-rate that moved the stock to 60p+ will continue.

Market wobble days are a ideal time to accumulate.

No quote available at advertised offer price with IG or HSBC currently, for 7500 shares IG want 41p.

One thing is clear the market does not want to sell you many shares around current levels, currently 'at best' to buy just 2500 shares.

Cannot see many people dumping huge tranches of stock at the current price point either.

Looks like the bottom is in IMO.

Gold price is bouncing this morning, only a matter of time before Condor attracts volume and upside again IMO.

From a technical perspective the shares are now back in the buy zone, having hit 62p with the RSI an overbought 82, now it's in the mid 50's (neutral)

This has to be one of the more undervalued plays in the sector right now.

Jubilee has performed simply because it is managed by a class act in Leon Coetzer who is a exceptionally focused individual - it's rather a shame he is not the CEO at Xtract as he would have delivered on Manica far sooner and the continued diversions that occur here would not have happened.

Problem is Colin has itchy fingers, he cannot resist the urge for the next 'must have' project, in the interview with TW Winnifrith suggested that Xtract shareholders would be more than happy with the implied upcoming revenues from Manica and Zambia to deliver a significant re-rate, Bird said not so, insisting that 'blue sky' was desired and needed in the market.

I have to say I am disappointed that he has handed out 100m shares to acquire this Aussie project, the deal has diluted existing long suffering shareholders and has also put pressure on the share price because of fear the entity will dump those shares ASAP.

I suppose we must wait to see what news is forthcoming, it will also be interesting to hear what Winnifrith has to say on recent events, his crew were materially behind the recent SP rise.

Buyers returning, in an earlier post I did suggest the bottom may be in on a technical viewpoint.

The RSI has moved from heavily overbought to neutral.

Can see this returning back to the 50p's soon enough.

Have bought in today, looks a great entry point, the placing should soon wash through.

With 1.7b shares in issue SML is currently valued at only £7.5m compared to January's circa £14m market cap and June 2019 £26m valuation.

Looks cheap.

Technical overview

For those interested I believe we are close to the bottom of the fall back from the 60p region

The RSI, is now a very comfortable 55 from the overbought 80 position attained last week.

The placing at 36p also provides a floor.

Coming up to a 3 month anniversary of the suspension on 9th June, my understanding is they will loose the listing after 6 months, so still some time for conclusion either way.

If the major shareholders/debt holders want to retain a Stock Exchange listing then they will not want to be de-listed as it will cost time and money for a Readmission Document, it is frustrating but one hopes for a positive outcome.

I feel for those that need the cash back now, I was wary of events and scaled down but then scaled up on Mr Bowden's positive comments concerning the acquisition of the bank debt by the major shareholders and improving operational performance, who was to know what would happen next !
