I thought Masterman had ploughed a great deal of his personal cash into this company, not sure how much verses his salary of course.

This really does not look good, £10m m/cap (and falling) with ever increasing debt levels and weak production caused by many factors, the largest being the plant which does not seem fit for purpose, something like this eventually killed off Wolf Minerals and of course Ormonde failed due to poor Tungsten grades.

There is not a lot for new investors to buy into currently, looks like they are fire fighting the issue but is it too late??

My experience of warrants is they are a deferred placing, the issue is 300m is one heck of a lot verses the current 600m issued capital. The strike price is 1p and 1.25p. There are also more higher up around the 2p range.

I agree if there is massive volume (in the 700m+ range for a few days) then the warrants could be washed through - unless a corporate deal is announced I feel the share price will trend lower as a result of folk selling forward and converting.

The other aspect is the RSI is in overbought territory - let us see what happens !

Hopefully sense will prevail, the continued in fighting and financial restraint does not assist mine management, more-so in these difficult COVID times.

I believe a sensible settlement is the only way forward, the minorities will not roll over, if that is the plan of the major shareholders then it is doomed to fail.

Get the matter settled and everyone can benefit from rising gold prices and the sector bull market.

Noticed someone pointed out on ADV$N there are 300m warrants priced around 1p to 1.25p - surely this will be a drag on the share price moving forward.

I think it is a good appointment, Alister is well respected in the mining space and has a strong media presence. Could put XTR more into the limelight.

Sorry to be negative but have been watching this and simply cannot find a decent entry point, would not buy now though.

Expecting another good day here, the share price is totally out of kilter with broker valuations £1+ and peer groups, let alone the $250 rise in the gold price since the most recent broker note was published, it's almost like acquiring a £1 for under 50p

Some news must be due, a toll mining deal must be irresistible for both parties IMO.

This is one of the better gold juniors out there, the Senegal licence is one of the largest in a massive gold corridor, the licence to the left, somewhat smaller was sold for $400m - that is a fact. I can see Oriole attaining a £20m+ (2.2p a share) market valuation once folk latch on, we are entering a news rich period.

Licences in Cameroon are long term plays, Senegal is a red hot destination where majors are scrambling for ground. ORR is right in the thick of it.

They have been working on asset sales a long time, suggests they are driving a hard bargain, they could easily generate £1m-£2m cash from those non core asset sales - the current market value is a mere £3m - 5 royalties in Turkey could attract a lot of interest alone.

It has not been mentioned on here yet but Tom Winnifrith re-iterated his buy stance on Xtract at Mineprohets in his 5 buys section - he clearly likes the potential and seemed even more enthused than ever having interviewed Bird again.

I know there are some delays but this is more than mitigated for in the current market cap in my view, with gold now well established above $1800 oz what is there not to like here - circa £5m m/cap

If EUA do get bought out the Chairman of Kibo will be worth a cool £22m based on a EUA share price of 20p, he has shares and options of 110m - I wonder if he will retire, I tell you what I bet he does not put a penny of that cash in Kibo's direction.

There are some folk in the market who believe EUA will end in tears, that remains to be seen, I recall meeting Mr S many times, a decent fellow but I never once considered investing in his company, even when the share price was under 0.50p.

For those interested Bird will be taking shareholder questions between 10am to 11am - Winnifrith has posted he has given all CEO's a grilling via a pre recorded interview, I would suggest this will be very interesting to listen to as Winnifrith bought in and previously be-rated Bird for continually pursuing new projects when he believed the focus should be on Manica.

Since then Bird has added another new project. I have a couple of direct no holds barred questions which I am sure will hit the spot, as we all know Bird is as thick skinned as one could get so no doubt he will bat them away with ease.

It is not possible to buy Kibo shares via HSBC currently - they appear to be exceptionally slow restoring ability to trade after corporate events - I have just managed to get AST restored to their platform you have been unable to buy them since March.

The only way to get HSBC to move faster on this is to bombard them with secure messages and if necessary follow up with phone calls - another option is to suggest you wish to lodge an official complaint - they seem to vet every corporate action and then decide whether the said company 'meets their investment criteria' it can take ages.

I am waiting to see how Dennan & Co intend to raise cash, the accounts suggest they need funding within two months, that means by end August. Interestingly they say that funding could come via loans however I am sceptical.

No doubt all will be revealed in due course, AST has been as leaky as a sieve in the past, the fact there is no volume buying up-to the AGM and hopefully news does not bode well IMO.
