This looks very interesting, a strong re-rate seems inevitable.

I think the fact that Coetzee and a significant number of his associates live in South Africa where The Blyvoor Gold Project is located is very significant - also of note is that tailings projects are not uncommon in country.

If they can deliver 35k oz of gold pa then you are looking at a market valuation of circa 10 fold the current one.

There has to be upside from current levels therefore.

It has long been argued by the likes of Tom Winnifrith (and others) that Nomads are anything but neutral as they are paid by the company.

What the major shareholders seem unable to understand that the value of their shares could rocket if they would only do a deal, this could gulf the profit they are trying for by way of the debt deal.

I simply fail to understand the rationale.

They are in the sweet spot of the Nevada gold corridor - no wonder folk are latching on - surrounded by 40m oz of gold, worth over $60 billion at current gold prices.

Does look like a seller is around hitting the bid on any rise, worth noting Colin has raised cash at Bezant and Galileo with his chums at Novum recently, last year Xtract raised in July. Question is will he raise here or not?

With the recent placing and warrant issues + the fast rise to 60p there had to be some turbulence but the underlying value here is clear for all to see, peer group comparisons would have Condor north of £1 right now, we have seen how fast the stock moves (from sub 30p to 62p in 7 sessions) it can happen again.

The catalyst is near term production, it could happen and this aspect would drive an immediate re-rate, news is expected so I am happy to wait, I can see this north of 50p soon enough.

Oriole peer group valuations in Senegal are in the $ billions, how much longer can ORR remain independent sub £3m m/cap ??

I concur, someone seems to be bidding for stock behind the scenes, the market makers are trying to deter momentum buyers by failing to raise the bid, I noticed yesterday the bid sat at 36p when it was actually 37.4p - now I wonder who could quietly be building a position?

Worth noting that Goldstone Resources were recently suspended for around 4-6 weeks and their shares doubled when they returned to market, simply on sector sentiment.

No way will minority shareholders roll over here, if the tactic is to try and wear us down it will not work.

The major shareholders could lose everything if the licence is taken away, their loss would be far more material than minorities, the longer they drag it out the longer something like this could realistically occur - more-so if operations are affected detrimentally as a result of the dispute.

There was a recent interview done by Crux investors that mentions the $1m owed to ORR, it was mentioned around 13 mins into the podcast - the interview lasts an hour but was conducted before the recent exploration land deal where the TSX company paid £2m for 35sq km.

In the same interview the CEO points to nearby Senegal gold play Chesser Resources having a £9m market value but only having one fifth of the land of ORR and only a couple of targets where ORR has 5 targets, this highlights the massive undervaluation of Oriole more clearly than ever.

ORR should be valued in excess of £10m, would equate to 1.2p a share if directly compared to Chesser Res.

Oriole actually have claims against 2 Turkish companies to the tune of $1.4m - whether they can recover any money is a matter of conjecture, however none of this is in the current share price, they have said they are pursuing the debt in the most cost effective way.

I think many are now buying into the undervalued story, a recent deal where a TSX listed company paid nearly £2m for 35 sq km of exploration land near to ORR would value Oriole's 470 sq km exploration ground at £27m compared to the current market value of £2.65m

Did not realise Parson has links with Shell, as confirmed by Doc Holiday, very interesting indeed.

Maybe, just maybe, the tide is turning and finally Parsons is starting to have influence.

The PDF file in the Courtlistner from page 11 shows how SML's Peter's was strung along for a period of 8 months, it makes fascinating reading, it also shows how tolerant (and probably helpless) he was, one has to ask why alarm bells did not ring far sooner.

The financials are explicit in this document very explicit, it is well worth reading and evaluating. Peters said he would be satisfied to receive $1m out of this mess and would do a handstand (or something similar) if he gets $4m - well we will see in due course.

Covered by the receivership are 20 different business entities, including Broad Reach, Bristol Advisors, and CV Brokerage.

Seized assets once held include her Rittenhouse Square penthouse apartment, several properties in Louisiana, the mining company, space in a computer server farm, the contents of her Conshohocken offices, her ownership stakes in Lyft Inc. and Palantir Technologies, and whatever cryptocurrencies she may have possessed.
