Well for a start he said 'who would lend to a business like this?' which implied TGR would fail to attract investment despite literally raising funds from institutions just last month 30% higher than today's price. And yes there are still about 2 million CLNs remaining but the most recent CLNs in Jan have been paid so mgmt now appear to be on top of that. It's a very small debt burden if strides are made on the operations side, after all TGRs mcap was £50m as recently as June.

As for highlighting Galloise that's about the only company you could name that has superseded TGR in terms of production, if that's the case. Would you mind sharing that info of them achieving 100ktpa, I can't find much info on Galloise. Every listed company is having as much or more trouble ramping up as TGR.

No offence but you’re obviously completely unresearched. TGR recently raised at 11p to institutions and directors with no option for PIs and those funds cover all the upcoming CLNs, hence there’s essentially no debt left on the balance sheet.

The Mozambique acquisition is valued at about the current market cap so at this price you get 30kt capacity already installed for free.

It would take years of continual operational failure to get into the sort of mess/high risk position you talk of, possible but for now there’s still all to play for, especially as the Chinese export curbs start to play out.

Whilst I won’t sit here and argue with any of that one of the most important things when it comes to investing in small caps is having trust in the management. If you don’t it’s really not smart to invest or when you lose the faith in them it’s really not smart to just hold on with the intention of enacting change - the fact is you’ve got absolutely no chance , none whatsoever.

Even me, Mr Optimistic, has lost a bit of faith in the Poddars but I would sell right now if there was any chance of a disruptive attempt to remove them, there’s simply no chance of PIs facilitating a healthy changeover that would in anyway benefit the company.

It's got nothing to do with this management and everything to do with the incompetence of the government. and the ability of the KC Andrew Twigger representing Novacyt. Say what you will about Graham Mullis he evidently had something about him to engineer a the situation in which Novacyt became the main test provided to Her Majesty's Government at the height of the pandemic.

I think we'll come out favourably and there will be an almighty reaction, at least in the very short term hence better to be loaded up here rather than to wait for the outcome first.

Yes it's rational in terms of fundamentals but a complete 180 in terms of price action - amazed.

With net debt rapidly heading towards net cash and with ~97.5k oz at $1150 aisc THX is set to post ebitda close to today's mcap in 2024. Yes mine life at Segilola is only three years but with mine life extension expected there in the following quarters and Douta PFS results with us shortly it's hard to see this as anything as wildly undervalued currently. Positive to see the directors hold over 12% too...

Ps I tried to hold on to my Shanta shares but in the end got greedy and sold and bought THX with it instead over the past couple of weeks.

I wasn't talking about other companies but if you are to compare then it's at least worth pointing out that Mara is about to see its 52 week high taken out today, Argo needs to rise another 50% to achieve that.

Now that $6m of the $12.5m has been received it throws a further possibility into the mix, that SPR fail to come up with these funds but the $6m received keeps BMN ticking along a little longer with alternative funding lined up to take up the slack.

All will be revealed by 6pm today I imagine but certainly is squeaky bum time.

Those saying the risk reward was no longer worth it here have been proved right. There was no way for knowing for sure what would happen to BTC next but we’ve now seen a move from $46k to $59k with Argo at the same 20p it was before.

Now imagine if two weeks ago BTC had sunk from $46k to $38k instead? Implosion.

Whilst the price certainly suggests buys it’s possible they are worked sells from the day before hence the share price dipping below 8p.

Nice to think someone is loading up but so far the price action doesn’t align with that to be honest.

Well actually it looks like two extremely large buys of 720000 shares yesterday at 8.75p and 9p, totalling more than £125k and about 1.2% of the company. Any more like that and we'll be seeing TR1s.

Whilst a very different company and proposition QBT has always been a good benchmark to see just how crazy bitcoin related stocks are behaving and as you can see from the read across, they're acting a bit more rationally now.

This is looking bad now to be brutally honest. To survive Argo needed (i) BTC to rally hard and (ii) Argo sp to divorce itself even further from reality and for mgmt to get a £25m raise away. (i) is happening without (ii) which essentially means Argo is fuc*** to put it mildly.

That's not to say it won't happen if BTC goes $60k, $70k etc but it's looking more and more likely that reality and rationality is kicking in here as we near the halving which isn't good for Argo.

You claimed someone was dumping before a single trade had gone through and then admitted you had no idea what you were talking about. A few sells two hours later is irrelevant.

Right now the risk simply isn't worth it for the average investor when the near term options look dire. That's not to say Shield won't eventually prove to be a success, there's no getting away from the fact that Accrufer is an FDA approved product that could generate hundreds of millions in revenue in time but the path to getting there is rather bleak.

There's no chance of reaching cash flow break even now without another cash raise and with the market cap so low, and debt to think about and no near term catalysts the options are rather limited - so it's highly likely a heavily dilutive raise comes next.

Show some clear change in direction post financing (Q1?) and investors will come racing back but until then it's nothing but a blind punt.
