I was told earlier this year that this is considered the first full year of production as its the first year of operations since 30kt capacity was installed - hence expect quarterly updates in the usual fashion ( for tgr that's Aug/Sept Q1, Nov/Dec Q2, Feb Q3, May full year)

The fact that BTC has held at $52.5k with Argo sub 20p is terrible news for holders here.

Of course there's still a chance BTC doesn't stop on its northward path and a move to $60k sparks life into Argo again but even a modest retrace back into the high 40s is likely to see some capitulation here - weighted considerably to the downside right now.

Growth in Madagascar operations - both production and sales, healthy margins maintained/increased, evidence of interested financial partners re Moz build out, graphite prices / wider graphite sector sentiment improving.

I expect the next operational update will be with us this week or next.

And on the 19th Jan rns: 'SPR have communicated that the full US$12.5 million will be paid no later than the 28 February 2024.'

I'm sure if that was the case we'd be informed of that rather than be left here in the dark.

As of Friday SPR have followed through with almost half of the $12.5m, I don't think we're simply waiting on SARB today.

Shield tends to let enough time pass so they can give useful insight into how the current quarter is going, for example with Q4 landing next week we'll get information on January's progress too.

Crocqman, what's worse and the most manipulative of all is that the same claims and rumours are repeated ad infinitum and then argued that the TGR board are failing to address these serious concerns - it's a dirty attempt to add weight to these claims and rumours by suggesting the directors' lack of response is proof of disreputable behaviour... no it's just proof that they aren't interested in responding to one severely deranged individual.

And final comment re not surviving six months - let’s not forget that the number one risk, the CLN repayment, has been reduced significantly after the restructuring. Whilst it’s not a guarantee of long term survival it does guarantee medium term survival assuming the SPR package comes through.

Payments need to be made to Orion yearly, with the first one being $7.1m at the end of June but as long as those payments are met Craig is free to carry out the 24 month strategy he laid out in December

I’m not blind to the challenges ahead and we certainly need V to play ball along the way but if anyone is going to manage to turn this difficult situation around then it’s going to be Craig, who’s shown nothing but impeccable management skills so far.

No there’s an additional $25m-$30m credit facility as part of the package with SPR. Granted they’ve not come across as the most reliable of finance partners thus far but there’s time for them to sort out that facility and rebuild their credibility.

In the near term this $12.5m + $3m from Acacia on the 28th Feb will see BMN through seeing as the lowest production months and some of the yearly maintenance will already be behind them.

Plus some of the recent funds have been used to pay down debt according to Craig so not cash burn as such… although we don’t know how much until the full year results are out.

And once this money comes through it's being exchanged for shares at 3p, double current share price. Got to be some value on offer here.

I was trying to work out how on earth they managed to make it through H2 without a raise or being completely down to the bone but it looks like a combination of (i) considerable inventory build up as of June 30th and (i) directors must be continuing to withhold their remuneration.

That’s what this recent update did, it pointed to end of Q1 into Q2 as the earliest point in which we’ll see any sort of meaningful catalyst. Bit disappointing.

And I don’t think anyone sensible would argue DKL is worth 8p til there’s evidence of the cashew business reaching profitability.

Yes they should be generating some cash now but it will be modest because you have to factor in difficulty which reached a new all time high two weeks ago at the adjustment and has now reached yet another all time high after today's adjustment.

And then in two months we reach the halving and whooosh, goodbye cash generation hello cash outflows.

I get that the share price has fallen dramatically but this update surely in terms of production is still a humongous downer? Q3 said orders to date were 40000T with 30000T expected in Q4 yet actual full year comes in at 34000T! That's because 8500 tonnes of orders were 'cancelled by clients in the last quarter of the year due to unforeseen operational and financial issues with such clients.'

So in other words orders in Q4 were barely a few thousand. That's a mad drop off.

Admittedly the cash position is the one positive but it's hard to take that 70000T guidance seriously when as I pointed out last year started at 200000T, to 120000T, to 70000T and actually came in at 34000T.

Correct me if i'm wrong but didn't they start the year with 200000T invoiced sales guidance, which was then reduced to 120000T invoiced sales after Q2 results, which was then reduced to 70000T orders (not invoiced) after Q3 and then we actually got 34000T invoiced sales and 29000 full orders?!

And now guidance for 2024 is 70000T orders (not invoiced)?

Well I won't apologise to you if it goes to zero because... I'm not ruling it out! I think we only disagree over why DKL are where they are - for me equal parts significant operational failures and the market being rotten right now, for you a laundry list which includes lack of commitment to buy shares, lack of incentives, lack of effort to put things right, lack of effort in terms of communication etc

And I fully understand why we have different levels of animosity towards the management, I'm sure mine would be like yours if i'd been here not one year but ten. So I get it!

Ha re your 0p before 3.5p well i'm betting on the latter by holding at this point but I don't doubt there's a chance it goes to zero. We will indeed see in time and probably both be still here posting either way - bookmarked!
