Rarely are the traders making money the one's that feel the need to repeatedly tell you they are making money.

Some of us spent the bank holiday weekend on here implying that this is some total outside-chance long shot gamble, others spent it wading through the muck to continue promoting the investment case and highlighting why Avacta is unique and different.

If this comes good soon it will be sweet vindication for the latter who will have earnt a pat on the back for their conviction.

Certainly how I feel - there remains unknowns still, sure, most notably just how much revenue can be produced at first Raglan and then BM? But there’s reason to believe that it more than justifies an £8m mcap at a minimum and if it ends up exceeding expectations no reason to think life changing returns can’t be made here.

I see ECR as relatively low risk at this mcap and this stage of development as a gold producer.

Too early, the more post Dox limit removal data they have to showcase the better as that will now be most relevant. If they present it at ASCO it means data cut-off late April and so twelve weeks of additional data post fda approval.

For now we’re just looking for clues that everything is ticking along as planned and that’s all it is. Still a positive.

The fact they didn't have one last year and this time announced it a good week after FPD in 6103 trial... it's a little nod to shareholders that all is well.

Yeah. As I'm repeatedly saying, in our disappointment at the lack of operational progress from the tin operation at Uis we sometimes forget the facts on the ground, that Andrada has flipped from a cash guzzling business to a cash generative one (likely at the group level but only proven through future audited accounts).

We're three or four weeks from that hedge being lifted and tin is on its way back to $50k... lovely jubbly.

Clearly war in Iran doesn't directly impact Avacta but it does majorly affect trading on AIM and whether we like it or not traders at this stage have the biggest effect on the rate of share price appreciation/depreciation... so this news will have at least a modest effect on Avacta.

Perhaps more than a 'gradual build' now what with the ceasefire. Should be a sharp reaction today.

Like I was saying yesterday… expect gold to keep rally now and ECR to go with it.

A reminder of what ava6103 produced in preclinical studies:

HEK-FAP CDX: 6/6 mice achieved CR.

Sarcoma PDX: 7/8 mice achieved CR.

Gastric PDX: 4/4 mice achieved CR.

Pancreatic PDX: 2/3 mice achieved CR.

As far as my research and AI searches go there is literally no preclinical data out there that matches this near-100% complete response rate across a panel of independent PDX models. There are a few examples of specialised ADCs that have produced 100% CRs in one-model but nothing like Avacta's exquisiteness across multiple models.

This really could be the blockbuster we all hope it is.

Such a high percentage of your posts are explicitly defending or praising Wyn, it's almost like that's your reason for being on here..

As it stands SQM can earn up to 50% by investing a total of $40m on development so a TO is really for the other 50%, hence I tend to use slightly lower estimates for what it might fetch.

In reality it’s impossible to know until we get more results back from this diamond drilling.

The funny thing with commodities is that on AIM especially it matters more the direction of travel than it does the nominal price, at least for sentiment.

The recent pull back in gold frees it up to make a meaningful move north soon, following the announcement of a ceasefire in the Middle East perhaps. If Au had stayed at $5500/oz there wouldn’t have been the same potential for a sharp rally.

Personally I’m hoping SQM end up paying that sort of money for Lithium Ridge alone, leaving ATM with copious cash to build out the other two assets.
