All three raises last year saw an initial sluggish reaction (first five or so trading days) but by a couple of weeks later the share price had risen well away from the strike price.

Meanwhile tin price continues to ever so slightly strengthen, ending the day over $47k. I'm really hoping come May when the hedge lifts that we're seeing close to $50k, that will be really quite meaningful as to the cash being generated.

It is far better to give only two hours than to let it drift into tomorrow's trading. This way more is taken up and there's nobody waiting on the sidelines for an entry below this 33p price.

Your interpretation alludes to patronisation from management whereas the actual reason given by the company was essentially that quarterly metrics do not allow for accurate interpretation of ongoing company performance. Quite different things.

It happened three or four weeks ago CLSK and then sold off even harder the next day so it's not necessarily something concrete.

Avacta raised at 63p last week and the share price has stayed consistently above that price although dropped to 64p to buy at the end of today's trading.

Slightly off topic but MKA is one of the other most followed and traded AIM stocks and is held by many of the same investors. I've seen plenty of discussion re which one will reach £1 first, with MKA going as high as 85p at the back end of 2025.

Not defending it, just saying it wasn't the reason you gave... personally i'd much prefer to have more info even if some of it is ever so slightly misrepresents the exact operational performance each quarter.

Could they not have announced this alongside the relist this morning and attempting to get it away at say 0.35p? The share price would have dropped to the placing price if so/

They won’t state profit because it’s only one quarter and profit is an accounting measure that can’t be officially stated before the books have been done - they have stated ‘positive cashflow’ for the first time though.

If tin price holds up it’s almost certain ATM posts a FY profit this year. Early days though.

In one breath you’ve been saying it’s so unfair how cheap placees have been allowed an entry at such an opportune time and the next it won’t rise until they’ve cleared out? Which is it.

We can be fairly certain the large number of shares taken by directors won’t be offloaded.

It's funny how the market reacts to certain news - the year before the current, short-term liabilities were actually higher and now IRON have secured a deal with Daem to allow for a capital-light structure to find a way through, but because the finance angle was more heavily signposted the share price to new lows.

If the share price starts taking off now it's not because of this news in isolation, it's because of this news AND the path ahead is now much clearer because of last week's placing.

Seriously, the share price wasn't going to rise until funding was sorted. No chance.

IF anything they took too long to get this placing away, there was probably a chance a month ago but hey they weren't to know Trump was going to start a sudden war in the middle east.
