Correct amateur, the immunity question is a very big one in regards for testing need and is still unknown. They think natural immunity lasts around 6 months, lets say its the same for the vaccine. So you then need to give everyone in the world 2 vaccines every year, 2 injections each time so 4 a year...each! You would need about 10% of the worlds population to work on achieving that and goverments would start to run out of money to fund it. Even with a vaccine I think long term, quick, regular and cheep testing will be the path government's take, with vaccinating the most vulnerable only.
